Really great location right in the centre of China town, and super close to the metro station. Despite this, it was nice and quiet overnight for sleeping. I loved the huge lockers under the bed that were big enough for a whole suitcase, and they were digitally locked with the room key so no need for a padlock. I also loved that the pods had two lights - a bright one and a dim one for in the evening. Breakfast was a nice bonus - cereal, toast, tea and coffee. There are so many showers! I’ve never stayed anywhere with so many, there was never a queue to wait for one. And they provided shampoo and shower gel in each one. They let me check in late as my flight had been delayed.

As others have mentioned, in the pod beds it gets really warm overnight despite the air con being on full and the rest of the room being nice and cool. I simply slept with my curtain slightly open and it was fine. I’m not sure there’s any other way to solve it. There isn’t a huge amount of seating in the kitchen and it got quite crowded at breakfast time. Maybe a couple more chairs are needed. The laundry room was “out of order” which wasn’t a problem for me, but others may have wanted to use it.

Location is excellent and the staff are very welcoming and extremely hardworking.

The curtain for my bunk bed didn't give very much privacy. I was situated on the top bunk next to the door and could always see people coming in/out plus when the main light in the room was switched on which was next to this bunk everything was alight which made it very difficult for sleeping. Whilst the hostel gives a number to call/message if you have any issues, I'd appreciate if more was told specifically to guests about their behaviour and noise when in the rooms. Both nights I was rudely awaken after half past midnight by two guests who kept chatting and also left the main light on.

The guys working at the wink mosque street and at wink upper cross are the loveliest people. Thank you guys for being so welcoming and helpful.

The manager was rude the time I had an interaction with him at the other wink cross street. I didn't understand he's answer to something I asked earlier so I asked again. His response "I already told you...." I don't think such response is neither polite nor professional when speaking to a customer. Perhaps he's a good manager but in hospitality he's lacking manners. The staff at both locations though are very polite and helpful people.

The location was great, it's only a few minutes away from D19(Blue Line) MRT station. The room and toilet were clean, and the AC was perfect. For the price, the free breakfast was okay. The coffee and tea, plus the bread toast with various spreads to choose from, were enough to start your day.

Except for the stairs to reach the entrance, everything was great. oh, climbing the 2nd level of the pods was a bit challenging.

The breakfast is simple but a nice touch for sure It was very clean at all times And the location is great. The mrt is just 100m away and bus stop as well

1. I don’t understand why females have to pay more than males 2. I’m sure you’ve already seen this the beeping sound of unlocking doors can be quite a nuisance if you’re a light sleeper

Great location, 5mins from the metro, 5mins from a laundrette, in the middle of Chinatown. Staff are lovely I had an issue with my locker but it got fixed the next day once i let them know. The lockers are keycard accessible no need for a lock and key. The free breakfast was great, lots of cereal and toast options with a pot of lipton tea and coffee. Also water refill station available too. The beds were comfy and the shared bathrooms were great they had a sink area and a makeup and hair area. Great hair dryers!

My friend and i stayed in the Clark Quay room. There was a smell of mold the whole time. Some of the other guests kept having to open the windows to air the room out. Not too bad though, it’s the only con out of so many pros.

Chinatown location and proximity to MRT station. Exit E if I remember correctly. Food outlets and bank nearby. Shopping mall at the MRT exit. Friendly staff at reception - fella gave me a full tour on arrival. Room access via key-card. Adequate air conditioning. My capsule was surprisingly comfortable, with 2 pillows, towel, blanket (that I didn't even need to use), 2 different lights inside, keycard-operated locker beneath, standard Singapore UK power socket with USB point as well. Clean large bathrooms with rain showers, kitchen area with provided breakfast and water dispenser. I was also able to leave my luggage after check-out, and take a very much needed extra shower on my return before heading to the airport.

Finding it for the first time can be tricky when you don't have proper mobile comms & GPS, and you see the Wink Hostel (on very nearby Upper Cross St?) first. It kinda makes you second guess your directions. It didn't help that the young lady at reception there didn't know there was another Wink a street or 2 across. Anyway, I found it without further problems. Everything else was great.

Good location, ok breakfast but who wants cereal and toast when you are in Chinatown?

Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown and very close to the MRT. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable as were the shared facilities. The breakfast was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
