The location is so convenient and nearby to so many food choices, and the overall aesthetic of the room was appealing to my partner and I. I loved the rain shower and how simple the room is! The water pressure is really good too!

There is no bidet. We need bidet please! The sheets came with a few stains but nothing too extreme. The tv was bad and wasn’t a smart tv. The shower door doesn’t stay closed and the shower head kept rotating while the water is on. The sheets and the blanket came with a huge hole in it when we checked in tho. The soundproofing isn’t the best but oh well ;-;

Perfect location. It was easy to get to the attractions we wanted to see. Chinatown being so close was fabulous to wander around and explore. We were able to get into our room early from an international flight. This was fantastic as we needed to rest. We can't sleep on flights. Thank you. .

We had a room with 3 beds. The 3rd bed would have been okay for a child but was essentially a couch so too short for my adult daughter.

Great location, the staff were helpful and the room albeit small was perfect for one person. There are plenty of paces to find breakfast nearby and it was near the MRT station. The only disadvantage was there is no lounge area and when I arrive at 10 o’clock in the morning there was nowhere to rest and sit until my room was ready and I was shattered. Apart from that it meant all my needs and I would certainly stay there again.

A few nice comfy chairs in the reception area would have been good

This is a modernised old style hotel. The room was small but comfortable with basic amenities which were spotlessly clean. The bathroom was quite new and well laid out. Importantly it was very well insulated against noise. This hotel is in the middle of China Town and we were afraid that it would be noisy but due to being in the middle of the building and it's double glazing it was very quiet.

Nothing much. It was as expected for the position and price.

Pillows are soft, and the blankets are weighted. We had a good night's sleep. Rooms are equipped with a kettle, coffee, sugar, and tea. They also provided daily complimentary water, slippers, towels, and basic toiletries, such as conditioning shampoo, body wash, and handwash.

They could have improved the overall cleanliness, particularly in the toilet. The rest are good.

Good location with plenty of eateries nearby. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities. The staff were also very friendly.

There was just a minor issue with the drainage in the shower to begin with. However, when I highlighted it to the staff, they promptly fixed it for me. The other minor issue was the sound of doors closing especially late at night could be disturbing.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in Chinatown. It's easy to access from the MRT and there are lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The check-in process was really easy.

The room could use a deep clean (like lots of dust on the light fixtures and water-rings left on the nightstand).

The hotel is fantastically located in the heart of Chinatown .. Price wise the place really was the best value we could find given how Expensive Singapore accomodation is and with the free upgrade they gave to it was great value and in Singapore terms quite spacious . Staff were very helpful and they went out of their way to help. Place was very clean and bed was comfy

Being in mosque can be noisy at weekends at night but if you stay in the heart of the action this is to be expected
