Staff were lovely and very helpful, hotel location was perfect short walk to MRT station and restaurants along Boat Quay. Hotel facilities where great, they had everything you needed. We were even able to have a shower after checking out as we had a late flight. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a little small which was expected for Singapore, still adequate for what we needed. Beds a little harder and we would have liked house keeping daily, we stayed 5 days and only had housekeeper come once. We had to keep asking reception for top up of supplies such as toilet paper and rubbish collection.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Citadines Raffles Place Singapore. The staff at reception are great and are willing to help with any questions or problems. Most of the time, everything is within walking distance for you to see as you're right in the heart of the CBD area. The MRT is only down the road if you wish to go further out of town. Cheap food at the hawker centre is located in the same building on the ground floor and loads of restaurants to choose from at nearby Boat Quay. Our room had everything we needed, as most of the time we were out and about. Small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area. The bed was comfortable and the room was cool and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also allowed us a later check out as our flight had been delayed. Thank you.

The only thing that we would have liked is for the room to be a bit bigger in size for the nightly price they are charging.

Comfortable aparthotel in central business district with plenty of storage space and excellent shower. Great location close to civic quarter and food outlets. 5 munute walk to MRT, 29 minute walk walk to Chinatown. Staff responded very quickly to requests. Free access to the garden areas in the middle and rooftop of building.

Air conditioning difficult to set desired temperature.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do and see on this visit to Singapore, and close to train stations. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we expected/needed. Additional hotel facilities were welcomed - use of onsite laundry, outdoor swimming pool, workout area and walking area on the 8th floor, Plus indoor gym facilities.

Not so much a dislike as a comment on the pillows. There were two pillows - one was too hard and one was too soft for my personal liking, so didn't quite meet my Godilocks zone :)

Outstanding location in the heart of the business district. 5 Mins. to Raffles Place MRT. 5 mins. to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre. 10 mins to Boat Quay. Excellent laundry machines on level 9 . It is about 2 years old and very modern. A nice work area on level 9 and lots of place to lounge around have Starbucks coffee. There is also an outdoor exercise area in the garden (level 9) Payable (SGD 8 for wash and 8 to dry). The machine has detergent fed directly via a pipe. Pay by card. Lovely Sky Garden on level 51. Bar on level 51. Buffet breakfast on level 17. SGD24. On level 9 (lobby area) there are 2 full washrooms with a shower, which one can use if the room is not ready for check in. But do bear in mind that these are shared with the gym, so it is always busy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable particularly Kavitha, who was a fountain of information. Sanjay too.

We had booked a room, supposedly with a kitchenette, but the kitchenette is not a separate area. It is simply a counter in the passage as you enter, with a microwave and sink and crockery/cutlery below the counter. The fridge is full size though. There is no luggage storage room ; rather, all luggage is stored beside the check in counter, which is rather unsightly for a Hotel/Apartment that is definitely not on the budget side of the equation.

The location is excellent, a short walk from the metro. Great rooms, with views of the cityscape. The pool is fab, its on the 10th floor, its the highest pool I have ever used. The area around the pool is ideal for relaxing and winding down.

The room is a little small.

Hotel is located at the office area and very quiet during weekend. Hawker Centre is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is very new and carpet inside the room is clean. If you walk along side the river, can reach to Merlin in just 15 mins. Boat Quay is just 5 mins walk away and many pub and restaurant there. MRT station Raffles Place is just 5 mins walk.

The area for taking a shower do not have a glass door. Water will split out which I don’t really like this setting.

Room was clean, nice shower, lovely outdoor pool. We had a kitchenette so did our own breakfast. The area is in the CBD so lots of places to shop and eat, MRT station nearby so travel made easy. We could walk to the main attractions ie Gardens by the bay, Marina bay shopping centre, don’t forget your wallet !! Beautiful walks through the parks and round the bay.

Singapore is not cheap but if you look around you can find good food at reasonable prices. We found the humidity quite tiring but it did not stop us walking everyday, take your time your on holiday ! !

Amazing stay in Singapore, we can't fault anything. The staff was very professional and eager to help. The room size was ok, considering the spaces in Singapore. The view was great, with the pool and sky rises. The building amenities are very nice, you have the pool, gym, restaurants and self operated washer/dryers. You can opt for breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. It's a buffet type breakfast, it's decently priced and quite tasty. The fridge was a good size and the internet connection was fast. In the hallways there are filtered water stations and you can refill for free (the water is excellent). The top floor of the building has an awesome garden terrace with breathtaking views over Singapore and Marina Bay Sands. This also houses a restaurant where you can eat and have cocktails at night while admiring the view.

The AC system malfunctioned a few times, but the reception staff were eager to help and send a technician right away.

It is a serviced apartment hotel. The hotel allowed us to use the facilities even after check out. Not that many Singapore hotels do, hence why I stayed here. One previous hotel (more expensive than this one) asked me to change in the toilets which was tiny and not well suited. The water taps for refills are super and the pool is a great size. Lots of nice seats at the lobby to work and or catch up on admin. Taxi stand just outside of the building entrance. There are two starbucks around the corner, Pauls bakery and a 7/11 within easy reach and close to the metro station. Metro to the airport also is convenient - from Raffles Place.
