Staff were lovely and very helpful, hotel location was perfect short walk to MRT station and restaurants along Boat Quay. Hotel facilities where great, they had everything you needed. We were even able to have a shower after checking out as we had a late flight. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a little small which was expected for Singapore, still adequate for what we needed. Beds a little harder and we would have liked house keeping daily, we stayed 5 days and only had housekeeper come once. We had to keep asking reception for top up of supplies such as toilet paper and rubbish collection.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Citadines Raffles Place Singapore. The staff at reception are great and are willing to help with any questions or problems. Most of the time, everything is within walking distance for you to see as you're right in the heart of the CBD area. The MRT is only down the road if you wish to go further out of town. Cheap food at the hawker centre is located in the same building on the ground floor and loads of restaurants to choose from at nearby Boat Quay. Our room had everything we needed, as most of the time we were out and about. Small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom area. The bed was comfortable and the room was cool and quiet for a good nights sleep. Also allowed us a later check out as our flight had been delayed. Thank you.

The only thing that we would have liked is for the room to be a bit bigger in size for the nightly price they are charging.

Comfortable aparthotel in central business district with plenty of storage space and excellent shower. Great location close to civic quarter and food outlets. 5 munute walk to MRT, 29 minute walk walk to Chinatown. Staff responded very quickly to requests. Free access to the garden areas in the middle and rooftop of building.

Air conditioning difficult to set desired temperature.

The Citadines, Raffles Place exceeded our expectations. It is conveniently located. Our 3 night stop over was a very relaxed time. Staff were friendly and very helpful, booking our taxis and helpful with local information. We certainly will stay again when we visit Singapore.

Great location close to everything we wanted to do and see on this visit to Singapore, and close to train stations. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we expected/needed. Additional hotel facilities were welcomed - use of onsite laundry, outdoor swimming pool, workout area and walking area on the 8th floor, Plus indoor gym facilities.

Not so much a dislike as a comment on the pillows. There were two pillows - one was too hard and one was too soft for my personal liking, so didn't quite meet my Godilocks zone :)

Outstanding location in the heart of the business district. 5 Mins. to Raffles Place MRT. 5 mins. to Lau Pa Sat hawker centre. 10 mins to Boat Quay. Excellent laundry machines on level 9 . It is about 2 years old and very modern. A nice work area on level 9 and lots of place to lounge around have Starbucks coffee. There is also an outdoor exercise area in the garden (level 9) Payable (SGD 8 for wash and 8 to dry). The machine has detergent fed directly via a pipe. Pay by card. Lovely Sky Garden on level 51. Bar on level 51. Buffet breakfast on level 17. SGD24. On level 9 (lobby area) there are 2 full washrooms with a shower, which one can use if the room is not ready for check in. But do bear in mind that these are shared with the gym, so it is always busy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable particularly Kavitha, who was a fountain of information. Sanjay too.

We had booked a room, supposedly with a kitchenette, but the kitchenette is not a separate area. It is simply a counter in the passage as you enter, with a microwave and sink and crockery/cutlery below the counter. The fridge is full size though. There is no luggage storage room ; rather, all luggage is stored beside the check in counter, which is rather unsightly for a Hotel/Apartment that is definitely not on the budget side of the equation.

Comfortable Bed, Shower pressure was good, Great size TV, great pool and jacuzzi and gym all clean, great location close to cafes and hawkers and close to MRT. Held our suitcases as we were early for checking in and allowed us to check in an hour early and check out an hour later without any extra charge. Also allowed us to use the pool and gym while waiting for check in

Nothing that we didn't like but just some small things. No milk or sugar was provided with the supplied tea. Had a massive fridge with nothing in it, so not sure why I couldn't supply milk. They do have a kitchenette in the common area in the lobby for you to use, though. - Cot provided was quite large, and I feel like providing just a travel cot might benefit the room space better ( but was let known of the limited space of the room once cot was added at check in)

Floor to roof glass windows superb. We were lucky enough to have a view out to Marina Bay Sands. Very comfortable bedding. Spacious shower. Go to the 51st floor for spectacular views & a super nice edible garden + bar area. Location excellent despite being in the financial District. Access via Raffles Place metro. Walking distance to Lau Pa sat, Biang biang noodles, Chinatown & Boat Quay. 30m lap pool great with nice spacious views. Jacuzzi great after a day of 10,000 steps. Complimentary ice tea mix & cold coffee beside reception was a nice touch.

Room was not serviced during a 3 day stay. Towels did not dry out well & as a consequence remained damp & progressively smelly. Having to use key cards constantly for lifts was a bit fiddly. However, these were minor discretions. It is expensive given room size.

The location is excellent, a short walk from the metro. Great rooms, with views of the cityscape. The pool is fab, its on the 10th floor, its the highest pool I have ever used. The area around the pool is ideal for relaxing and winding down.

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect - just a 3-minute walk from the MRT and very close to all the main attractions. Super convenient! The view from the rooftop restaurant is stunning, and the views from the rooms are also very beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained, with regular housekeeping. I also appreciated the water dispensers on each floor. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, ready to help, and very supportive throughout my stay. This hotel is a great choice for a first visit to Singapore. I highly recommend it!
