The Clan Hotel is an extraordinary modern, elegant, sophisticated, and luxurious hotel. It absolutely blew away my expectations. It provides an intimate hotel setting with few rooms on each floor, but it provides the amenities of a fine modern hotel skyscraper. It is centrally located in Downtown Singapore, steps away from the MRT subway system (with great direct connections to Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, and Universal Studios Singapore. It also is blocks away from Lau Pa Sat, one of the main Hawker Centers in Singapore with incredible local food vendors (some with Michelin Stars), and it centered in the Far East District of Singapore. The hotel offers an renowned onsite restaurant serving breakfast, which is worth including in your rate because the breakfast buffet is out of this world, and you can dine inside or on a lush garden terrace overlooking the neighboring skyscrapers. The rooftop pool and fitness center propel this property into one of the best hotels in Singapore. You reserve a slot to use the sun chairs, but anyone can swim at anytime during day in the infinity pool and jacuzzi. You can see the harbor, groups of towering building, neighborhoods and districts sprawling out underneath you. Singapore is a mixture of neighborhoods marked by older, two or three story buildings with tiled roofs dotted with religious centers, shrines, and temples, and groups of exquisite skyscrapers ranging from Brutalist to modern styles. The room and the comfort is provides is the crowning testament to this hotel. Your room is equipped with modern touch controls. The bathroom offers a rain shower and standard shower (bath tub if you get the most premium room), and a heated toilet with front and back bidet, bidet controls, dryer, and automatic seat lift. The beds are so support and comfortable, and you can request a pillow from a large selection from modern gel pillows to specialty pillows like the U pillow

Our stay at The Clan Hotel Singapore was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service. The hotel’s blend of modern sophistication and cultural heritage creates an ambiance that is both unique and welcoming. The rooms were modern, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. I particularly enjoyed the Nespresso machine and the luxurious bathroom with its rain shower and Toto auto bidet toilet. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Singapore. It's within walking distance to Marina Bay Area, Chinatown and Little India and many popular attractions, and the nearby MRT station made getting around the city a breeze. The staff at The Clan Hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request truly made me feel valued and appreciated. One of the highlights of my stay was the tea ceremony from Roland. Lovely fellow. Overall, The Clan Hotel Singapore exceeded all our expectations. It is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of Singapore. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

The breakfast was average, which was unfortunate as it did not reflect the quality of the hotel.

The hotel location is perfect to take the subway (MRT): it is practically standing on top of the Blue Line (Telok Ayer station). So, you find yourself in a very central position, between downtown and Chinatown. The hotel itself is a nice building, with concierge at the entrance and reception at the second floor. Ambience is cozy and warm and the staff really welcome you from the start. My room was very nice, tidy and clean, with a very comfy bed and pillows, plus all the room amenities that you expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast room is very elegant, as it's also the hotel restaurant. There is a terrace area, where you can have breakfast outside. Very good selections of continental and american buffet, fruits, sweets and also a daily local dish can be chosen. Pool, sunbeds and jacuzzi on the open 30th floor will help you relax and unwind under the sun (as long as you use a strong sunscreen product). An excellence in hospitality, The Clan really went above my expectations and I was really satisfied with my stay. I would like to express my special thanks to all the people working there and in particular: Miss Joyce (Senior Hotel Manager); Mr. Raziz, Mr. Ivan and Mr. Zamir from the Concierge Team; Mr. Jackson, Mr. Sufi and Mr. Keane from the Reception Team; Mrs. Ella, from the Housekeeping Team. Special mention to Mr. Wilson (Concierge Warrior), whose everyday warm greetings were part of his sign of competence and skills, like a true hôtellerie professional.

In other reviews there are many complaints about the elevators being slow. I didn't find any issue with them and every time I ordered one, it came to the floor in less than 1 minute.

I arrived quite early, so my room wasn't ready yet, but one was assigned to me. When I returned to the hotel, a few hours later, to get my keys, I found out that my room was assigned to some other guest. The new room offered was on a much lower floor and without a view of the city. I was astonished by this behavior. Other aspects of the hotel also need attention - the variety of breakfast items is not good, and the dining room is small and often there is a line. Usually in the afternoon, there is also a line at the service desk. Considering the price of this hotel, the value is not great. I expected more.

The room was in proper size, stayed for 8 nights with 4 luggages and had enough space. The location is great, in a walking distance from the main sites, and right next to the MRT station. Nespresso capsules and the amenities were added every morning. Got a lot of help from the guys downstairs with the luggages.

The whole pool+sunbeds organisation wasnt the best. On one hand there is a need to make a reservation for the sunbeds next to the pool, but on the other hand there is no one from the staff up there to check on it.  some people are staying without reservations or extra time, and while I reserved a spot, I needed to waste up to 30 minutes waiting for someone from the staff to show up & help.

This hotel exceeded in every way. The concierge were really helpfull and the pool and spa with the best views over singapore was a bonus. It is only a few years old and i would recommend to everyone. The facilities were the best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and meticulous organization of the hotel. The rooms were perfect, featuring large bathrooms and spotless conditions that made for a very comfortable stay. The view from my room on the 15th floor was excellent, adding to the overall luxury of the experience. The staff deserves a special mention; they were courteous and always ready to assist, ensuring that all my needs were promptly met. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the pool located on the 30th floor. It exceeded all my expectations, offering breathtaking views and a serene environment perfect for relaxation. I would definitely recommend The Clan Hotel Singapore to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in Singapore. It promises an exceptional experience and delivers flawlessly.

The Clan by Far Eastern Hospitality is an outstanding new entrant to the boutique luxury hotel category in Singapore. The interiors both within the hotel room and outside it are wonderfully stylish and on-brand for the "Hokkien clubhouse" theme it aspires to convey. Staff were universally helpful and friendly (particular shout-out to Ronnie the Tea Master and Ivan), breakfast tasty and check-in/check-out experience seamless. The pillows in my hotel room bedroom were phenomenal. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

The building is a thin, 30 story structure with only four lifts located around a central core. Given the narrow plot on which the hotel was built this is understandable, but it does mean one at times would be waiting for a lift to come for quite some time, and once in it, the lift would stop frequently before reaching its destination. Unfortunately I don't think there is any feasible way for The Clan Hotel to fix this, short of using AI/lift programming to make their movements more efficient. But this is also complete nitpicking on my part!

Beautiful clean modern property. Lovely lotions in bathroom plus complimentary snacks. We arrived from the airport after a night flight from London - too early to check in but staff let us shower in the gym and arranged breakfast. They were so helpful and kind. Hotel also very well located for the metro and Chinatown. I will recommend this hotel.

I liked everything

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is excellent. Being so close to a train station, Chinatown, restaurants, all the major sites was very handy. The hotel itself and its staff are fantastic and while the rooms are on the small side we liked the bathroom set up. The beds were really comfortable and the cooling in the room was perfect given how hot and humid it is outside.
