Enjoyed this hotel room very much. Comfortable beds with quality linen. Some scraping chair noises from above but otherwise quiet. Varied choice for breakfast catering for many different nationalities but unfortunately not much for Gluten and Lactose intolerant people.

Great staff - super helpful and friendly. The room staff showed excellent attention to detail. Super close to several MRT lines. Central. Lovely pool. Wonderful hawker market and dining opportunities all around.

We needed to book 6 extra hours to stay for a late flight. The rate was high. The views on the 8th floor were not particularly great. The bed light switches seemed to be cross wired. The gym was okay - a second exercise bike would be a worthwhile addition. Overwhelmingly, we liked our stay.

Excellent quality of everything in the room, breakfast was great with lots of variety. Shower was ideal.

Elevators had no indication of where they were besides when on floor 1 or 2, and only 1 or 2 of the elevators went to the top floor. Breakfast service could do with bigger drink glasses, tiny cups making it annoying to just get a drink in the morning. This is just to nitpick but overall my stay was fantastic

The cleanliness. room space and amenities were very good. The large bed was very comfortable also.Location was exceptional with 4 MRT stations within 5-10 minute stroll. There is also 3 large Hawker centres ( if you like that type of thing) extremely close. Night life is also right on doorstep but you never hear it as soundproofing is very good. There is also a really good rooftop pool, gym and laundry.

It would be nice to have a small coffee machine in the room as the instant coffee provided is awful and whilst the room was cleaned fairly well,the floor never seemed to be swept. Very minor issues though.

The space and bed are good

The cotton pads aren't enough as it just melt away when it touches water. Had to buy my own. The bathroom i would suggest to upkeep it closer since the place is new and not allow it to turn rusty with corners not attended to.

The staff were so friendly, the room was very clean and well equipped and the rooftop pool was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was centrally located and walkable to Chinatown and a short metro from Gardens by the bay and Marina Bay Sands. Highly recommended.

Great location. Really close to everything including Lau Pa Sat, Marina Bay etc. The room was a really decent size and was spotlessly clean, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

If the pool is the highlight of your trip I would not recommend staying here. The area around the pool is really small and has 6 Sun-loungers with a couple of couches, which is not ideal when the pool is busy there is no where to sit. The pool is also in direct sun with no shade so if you have no where to sit by the pool you have to get in and then go back to your room. We were expecting to spend our time relaxing by the pool, but we just didn’t find the pool area had good feng shui. It’s ok for a quick dip, but I wouldn’t base my holiday around this pool. There are definitely better pools in Singapore.

Excellent central location, close to Chinatown and less than 5 minutes walk to the MRT. All popular tourist spots only a stop or two away on the clean, safe underground system. Very comfy bed and high quality bedding and towels. Nice toiletries provided and a very good shower. The best lit mirror ever, huge and used as a room divider. Small kitchenette with sink, microwave and all the crockery and glassware you would need. Staff all extremely friendly. We did not eat in the hotel, as there are so many fun options within easy reach. We would definitely stay here again.

We were upgraded to the top floor (15) which was kind but there is a gym and pool on the top of the hotel and we were woken up early with noise from above. The only thing that we didn't like about this hotel

Amazing breakfast, location was perfect, local food and fancy food nearby.

Pool needed more greenery but otherwise nice.

Good location both for work and leisure. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Good training facilities, both pool and gym are on top of the hotel.
