Location - you can walk towards Maxwell Food Center and Lau Pa Sat Staff - everyone is friendly and accommodating except the tall guy. he was grumpy all the time. Chan and Khun always smile and trying to pass on conversation. Free coffie/tea anytime you want.

No shoes inside the policy. you need to leave your shoes on the rack which is outside the hostel, beside the stair. There is nothing to place your things inside the shower. Either put it on the floor or grab something to hook it on the door. If they can, please upgrade your breakfast set. Only cereal and breads are available.

Fantastic location - being close to shops, restaurants and public transportation, breakfast is quite decent (soy milk option available which was nice), rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is also quite friendly.

Bathrooms could have been cleaned more often in the day and our mattress seemed to curve which was slightly uncomfortable but didn’t ruin our sleep. Would also be nice to have more areas to chill outside the bedroom.

Hostel is really good at amazing location good value.

Property manager needs a rude awakening but the rest of the staff were amazing. It felt like he was paying me for me to stay at the hostel.

The location was really good, close to the Chinatown and the subway. Also walking distance to the Marina Bay and Financial District. The staff was nice, and the room was comfortable, even though it looked a little worn out.

The sleeping pods were a little bit worn out and could be improved (curtains, stairs, etc), but they were not bad either. The bathrooms could also use a little more cleaning and some place to hang your clothes. Overall, the value for money was not great, because I've stayed in better hostels for less money.

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I feel obliged. I highly recommend this hostel, I spent 8 nights there without any problem, a clean and maintained hostel very good reception and good restaurant recommendations ... The public transport is close which gives access to all the city easily, located in Chinatown it is easy to find very good local restaurant to eat cheap lunch but also bar (cocktail wine beer ..) and very good restaurant for dinner, the chance to have a 7eleven just below the hostel. Once again I highly recommend And thank you for your work

The owner super responsive and helpful when I emailed him both before and during my stay with questions and requests. I found the pods to be a pretty decent size and fairly comfortable and private all things considered. A really nice location right next to a convenience store, not far from transport and 2 hawker stalls. Overall a really good part of town to be in.

The women's showers were frosted glass units, which felt a tiny bit exposed. It could get pretty muggy in the shared toilet/sink area too.

Very clean and simplistically modern with a very easy self service system. The showers are very clean and the common room is air conditioned with plenty of place to eat, work, talk, and socialize. The window overlooking the street will give you a glimpse of the bustling spirit of Singapore. The location is EXCELLENT. Thank you Mr. Melvin for you service and care, will def visit you again.

Awesome hostel in a convenient location with excellent staff. Melvin and the team were super helpful, easy going, and all around fun to be around.

This hostel is fairly small and doesn't really have a communal space to hang out and chill and the rooms are a bit too small to do so - would've been nice to have some more open space outside the rooms.

Didn't expect the environment (people, and surrounding area) to be peacefully quiet. People were so respectful about boundaries and noise. You'll be able to sleep soundly and restfully.

nice staff. some simple breakfast. able to leave me baggage after checking out during the daytime so that I can extend my travel without a baggage burden.

Although the roommates are generally very kind and considerate, it can be a bit annoying when they make noise in the morning or snore at night.
