Love the location. We’re in jr suit that fit 6 people. Love the space, its huge. Huge bathroom too. Pretty close to everywhere. About 15 mins to city and other tourist attractions. Going out and back to hotel is just normal traffic. Maybe a little quiet at night (which we like) but there’s police station about 150meter from the hotel, so its safe. There’s 24hrs mamak too. If you prefer privacy you will love this hotel.

- its clean but worn out bed sheets, towels, kettle sound too loud. Everything should be changed - even the cup is cracked and in different size - there’s 2 bathrooms but 1 of them is faulty (no hot water) - electricity trip on our 1st night, maybe about 1++ hours. They responded to the issue fast enough.

Excellent suite with 1 master bed room and 2 queen size bed (total 3 beds) with two separate toilets and shower. very larger room. both with own table for work use. The beds is comfortable and large enough. The hotel provided 6 towels (for 6 beds) The room also has mini fridge, kettle and water bottles. The Woodfire restaurant (selling burger and pull beef) is excellent. There is one Mamak Restaurant at the end of the shop lot that also sells knick-knack. Good option for our breakfast since our stay do not include hotel breakfast

The sub basement parking doesn't feel secure with no security in sight. There is no fencing to separate the parking with commercial lot next door. However, there is a police station next door. We are lucky that every night we manage to get a parking spot at ground floor in front of the lobby There is one small shop inside the hotel. There is no shop around the hotel

Great location. Not too noisy so it will great for travellers to have a rest. Parking space was a little gloomy but parking provided nonetheless. They have restaurants nearby and vending machine at the lobby. Spacious room with comfortable working space.

I got a room with minor problem for me. I assume the room was previously designated for twin bed bedroom but occasionally become deluxe king bedroom. The light switch which previously designed to be in the middle of two single bed has now located in the middle of king bed. Imagine your light being switch on by a mere touch from your pillow because you move during your sleep. It was an uncomfortable experience.

The telephone didn't work Hanger limited Got black mark in the toilet bladder - at the back of seating place The door didn't work well, everytime back to the hotel need ask receptionist to change the door card.

Let me be very honest, the breakfast is extremely bad , 3 in one coffee was provided and it’s run out There is only few dishes was provided and this was a paid breakfast and is not value for what I have paid

space of the room is exceptional. happy to get clean linen daily although it looked a bit old but smells fresh. no dust presence at corners that i can reach, clean bathroom.

lack of choice for food in the hotel. only the burger restaurants is open for lunch til dinner. would be better if they can open the cafeteria and the pool. i can see a pool from the room that we got, but it was not properly maintained.

Room was spacious.

Please.. install bidet. Everything was perfect. But without bidet in the toilet. Spoil everything the sweet moment

The room was comfortable to stay. It's spacious!

The closest eatery that we can find in the area is approximately 10 minutes drive away from the hotel.

Spacious room & tidy. Bed was super comfy. This is my second time here and chose to repeat this hotel because they provide comfortable working space in the room and definitely will come again for my work travel.
