The location is perfect for those that like the city as it’s in the middle of the town. Furthermore for those that is planing to visit Singapore but will be staying the night in Johor this is an ideal hotel as the border is only 1-2 KM away.

The hotel used to provide breakfast and i heard it’s quite good so i hope the hotel will add it again. The cleanliness is ok but it could be improved and as most of the previous comments have said the maintenance is not so good because some of the cabinets door is broken and there is a slight water leak in the bathroom sink. Its all the small detail but its a comfortable place to stay at for a few day.

Good location, not much within walking distance, but eateries and the checkpoint were only 10+min away by grab.

Toilet could be better (no hot water, no toilet paper), although they changed the room for us for free. However, the hotel's receptionist said that the hotel had ran out of toilet paper from 7pm, all the way till 2am. I find that ridiculous.

Room was quite spacious and it's affordable

Although we reminded them, they never opened the pool, first room assigned to us had no water, no first aid kit, just bad service

The room is so lovely.. like in the palace..

The hotel didnt have any official receipt.. difficult for me to claim if this is for business trip. Hope they improvise their system

The counter staff and security guard Provide an amazing service to us rooms are superbly clean the view was extra ordinary will recommend all to stay there and enjoy

first the water very slow.the toilet bidet too short.dont feel hot when we press hot..pls do something about it,as the hotel room very nice well clean..one more thing,the bedsheet and the pillow case dirty.towel not clean

Very homely with unique royalty finishing , especially with the floor and toilet wall nice tiles. Looking forward for more stays in this home away from home. However some lighting fixtures were without plugs and bulbs. 😉

the decor was unique and luxurious in style

there was no ramp to go up to the entry. we had to use the stairs leaving to the main entrance to the reception area. it was quite challenging with our luggage. the plumbing for the shower could be better.

The location is near to most amenities, price is affordable

Hotel is bit smelly

Hotel look like a ISTANA, nice decoration more gold colour. Room very big, they have swimming pool in roof top nice view.

No breakfast/dinner, but is ok for me because they have a lot Gerai Makan at near Petrol Station.
