After key card issue I directly to room since I'm so tired n need to rest, but when I reach to room the the key card cannot accs to door, then the housekeeping inform me the door got problem if red colour red turn up, then asked me to go down reception. When I reach to reception female chubby girl looked at me and act like busy, after got info my room key card cannot accs then she change my room, but when issue new key card no smile, no apologise, sombong!! Overall Room comfortable but the blanket cover very itchy n not comfortable. Breakfast overall good but need to looking more the Cleanliness, table need to wipe knowing people will come to having breakfast must on tip top cleanliness..

Room is ready the moment i check in. Room is clean and aircond is in good condition. Need more power plug socket. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast serve has many varieties and good selection of food. Overall i am happy and my family is happy staying there.

Getting to the room from the front desk is quite confusing for the first timer.. Need more bright light on the corridors and stairs. And new painting on the building would make it brighter.

The room is quite comfortable for its price. Even though it look old, but the facilities in room quite complete. Except it had no fridge in the room but its all okay. The aircond also quite good.

The carpet mat on the cabinet a bit dirty and the mug have crack. Can put some air freshener in the room to make it feels more cleaner and comfort

They upgrade some of the room, from those musty smell carpet to timber flooring.. good move. Staff is very helpful.. my first room, we had non functioning aircond but they quickly change the room. That’s how I know that they upgrade some of the rooms

No lift.. still need to improve in upgrading the room

I like the bed because the linen are clean n crisp. The room and bathroom were all clean althought the carpet and table look dated but they kept it clean.

Nothing only at the window sill should be cleaned too because if we open the curtain can see dirt on wndow sill

The room came with a broken shower. I can tell they tried fixing it by putting ducktape. But still the showerhead not grip to the handle. one hand to hold the shower head during shower.

Love the security felt... pleasent moment . Good food, good people, good place.. aircond was cold, clean bathroom, good room even though old furniture and things but its comfy... im happy with my fmly

The price was slightly above normal due to school holiday but it is OK.

They offer bigger room for us instead of standard room and no charge for it. Easy parking nearby our room.

Should upgrade the furniture,kinda outdated.

Friendly stuff, not bad breakfast, it's good own room with own bathroom, no wifi in rooms only in lobby. In these locations it's best deal.

The ooold building, the AC is dusty, some aunts will share room with you.
