Room & bed - it was really spacious and comfortable Breakfast was good

the hot spring, i was looking forward for it during my trip but it just really did not meet my expectations, the water was not warm as it should be since it called hot spring and when going to the facility it does not meet safety wise due to the floor is not suitable for that level, the floor too slipper when it too wet

Pillows were so comfortable we had to ask what brand they were! Staff were super friendly, even when our room lock had low battery they helped immediately. Buffet Breakfast is from 6.30am - 10.30am and Checkout is at 12pm so there's time to relax after. Onsen from 4pm - 8pm and going on a weekday means the entire place to ourselves. Room amenities include: 2 toothbrushes (with tiny toothpaste), soap, 2 small shampoo, 2 small bodywash, lipton tea, 3 bottles of water

Some issues with the Hotspring. Has 3 pools - 2 big pools are COLD and 1 small pool is hot. Not sure about sulfur minerals but there were 2 dead bees in the hot pool and hair floating around. All lockers are spoilt and turned to "lock" position. Shower area all lights spoilt except 2, only shampoo provided.

The rooms were all great and the stay was pleasant. However, if you're booking through third-party platforms especially Booking.com, be aware that getting an invoice can be a real hassle. I’ve been trying to reach their customer service, but no one picks up the call. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing ,especially when you need the invoice urgently. I hope they improve their support and make the invoice process more straightforward.

My room was exactly as pictured on the website. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. I loved having the blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleeping. The staff at the hotel were all friendly, helpful, and professional. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The concierge was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and helped me plan a great itinerary. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in JB. The location, room, and service were all excellent, and I will definitely be back on my next trip.

the location is a little bit out of the city. the parking is not so friendly and the security at the parking is not available. the toilet curtain should be replace as the existing is quite dirty and the toiletries such as shampoo and soap should be larger quantity.

1. One of the reception staff was very rude and un responsible at all whne we requested for invoice. Just keep saying that we paid at booking.com can't get any invoice from hotel, need to get from booking.com. After that i call booking.bom customer service and known that only the property can give invoice, i said to the staff and the staff still ignore & also refuse to provide invoice. The next 2 days I trying to requested invoice from the other staff, and the girl staff very kindly print it out, thats all easy~ The property may need to train well staff when hiring, or else will make client pass by . 2. very pityful the hot spring only open at 4pm to 8pm... I was traveling for work, so that when finish work the hot spring already close.

I like the room, clean and comfort, really good place to relax and rest, parking is very convenient too. Everything is so good

When I call for room service, the receptionist did not want to bother my request (asking whether can get water bottle or not) The route to breakfast place is roofless, it was a rainy day, quite cold. I don't like the food but I think is just my personal preference. I see other customers enjoyed it very much.

The rooms are always comfortable and in excellent condition whichever type we picked, especially the ones with bathtub. Love the affordable price and strategic location of the hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hot spring pools are not hot enough although we love the cold one too (necessary to cool the body down after dipping in hot ones)...please ensure 2 out of 3 pools match the temperature of onsen water. Sauna is in dire need of repair. Breakfast is lousy (except for the soft boiled eggs), no improvement on taste and choice no matter how many times we visited. The lifts really need maintenance...we got stuck once.

The gym location above the cafe, with pool view and front apartment. All equipments are function. Got tread mill, cycler, airwalker. Some weight lifting items, table tennis. Breakfast is superb, variety food range from salads, cereals, eggs, nasi lemak with chicken rendang , fried mihun. Worth the money. Its included with room stay. Level 5 where the location is, very windy. Kids swimming quite cold. The playground also available for kids to play.

Free power point (not attached with tv and kettle) in the room only 3 available , but only one is function. A bit query on the security as the lift did not control on access, parking lot also not being fully controlled. It is sharing the facilities with the apartments, just a bit question mark on this.

after check in, we were walking to the lift up to our room when a staff suddenly shouted across the hall, wanting my partner to remove his helmet. I understand that helmet is not allowed to be worn in the hotel but i dont see the reason why he has to shout across infront of other people. it is extremely rude as there was people looking at us. please do advise. nonetheless, the stay was extremely pleasant.

Quality of items in the room (bed, pillows, bedsheet, curtains) are good.

Staff at reception was not always present at front desk. Have to do a loud "Hello" into the room behind reception for some service support. Also check in receptionist didn't do the usual briefing about WIFI password, breakfast on level 5, facilities on level 5, etc. until asked.
