It's really value for money, comfortable bed and a decently sized room with minimalistic style.

The hotel staff was knocking at the door before the checkout time. The staff at the counter informed us that check out was at 12 noon but the cleaners were already knocking multiple times at 11am and even tried to enter the room when we weren't ready.

Always my place to stay. Easy and fast checkin.

I booked throug booking.com. Arrived at the hotel at 8 pm. Gave my IC. They could not find my booking. Apparently the room was not allocated. They still had the room type i requested. I asked if cheaper room is available, based on what i saw in booking earlier, but was taken up. They had a two single size bad. They allocated the room. I asked if the price is cheaper, but was told since this is a walk in price, the price will be higher. The person, told me to check with her supervisor if can get better rate. She will come in the morning. When I checked in the morning, got the same answer. A bit disappointing for someone who have made it a point to stay in this hotel for last 3 years. But, other factors will still make me to stay here in future...many positive things.

Thought that its a normal room.. but it was cozy and a nice place to stay.. Easy to get transportation & neccessities can get opposite of the hotel

Only that we can hear next door convo through the walls..

I love everything about Prestigo Hotel. I and my wife stayed 14 nights here and it was amazing. The staff are courteous and friendly, they helped with all we needed from them. It's a place we will definitely be the next time we visit Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

It was very close to the confinement centre where my goddaughter was staying at. Also, it had a great cafe and several 24hour convenience stores nearby.

There were mosquitoes in my room. My son was bitten quite badly. For the price (similar to Ibis Styles), would’ve been good if a simple breakfast or in-room snacks were included.

Last minute accommodation options were scarce (and expensive) in JB on Good Friday. We decided to try a hotel a little ways out of the centre and Hotel Prestigo looked like a pretty good choice under the circumstances. As it turned out, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and (thankfully) quiet. There were a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a large shopping mall just a few kilometres up the road. The staff at check-in & check-out were courteous and friendly and the Grab car to CIQ was only 15 RM. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Bed was not comfortable, and under the bed was dusty and not clean. Bed linen was dirty and even replaced. Shower area a slippery.

It is my first time staying in a shop lot like a hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectation. And I stayed again during my 2nd trip down to JB for work. The room was clean, layout design was simple and minimal making it look like a fancy 3 -4 star hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Replacing or removing the vending machine on the 2nd floor would be better, and when I was in room 217 the water heater was not working, so that kind of annoyed me a bit. The TV channel could maybe improvised, but I brought my HDMI cable and connect it to my laptop and watch Netflix on it, so that works as well.
