The aim of the trip was to take the kids to Legoland, and this hotel was perfect for that. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area, nice bedroom (with bunkbed) for the kids. Breakfast had lots of options, although the options were basic (bread station / egg station / limited fruits / cereals / some local warm dishes which I didnt get a chance to try). Family room with the bunk beds was great for the kids, they had their own space without being behind a closed door, they loved it. Room had a mini fridge, 2 TVs (one on kids side, one on main bedroom side), kettle with tea / instant coffee. Shower was nice - good water pressure. Location is good, was quick to get on highways / main roads to get to places such as Legoland. Parking in the basement is plentiful and free, and the lifts bring you direct to your room floor (by tapping your keycard). Staff were friendly and helpful.

There really is nothing outside the hotel apart from a couple of basic mini markets and 2 local eateries. Wouldnt feel safe walking around outside the hotel. Its a developed area, but seems like its 75% empty / abandoned. We drove, so never had to step foot outside. Be ready to drive around if looking for food / things to do, or eat before coming back to the hotel. TV stations were pretty much all local stations, with one in english (news channel). Good for the local travellers, but not foreigners if you are planning to wind down in bed and put something on the TV at the end of the day. Our safe didnt lock - but to be fair, we didn't have anything important to store away, so we didnt ask them to fix it.

+ Basement parking; plenty of parking; big parking spaces (some) + Guard/ staff often near door to basement lift; feels safer with their presence + Filtered water station to refill your water bottle + Cozy and bright room + Comfortable enough bed and pillows; no complaints

- Nothing much within a 5km distance. Just a gym and a badminton complex. If you drive, the location is not an issue. Plenty of good food and shopping near Bukit Indah/ Eco Botanic. There are a lot of foreign workers, but generally they are just people living their lives, working, resting. - Tiny insects (~1mm in length) in the trash bin. - Bolster cover had some yellow stains.

Hotel's is simple yet chic interior. staff are friendly and welcoming. the room & bathroom are very clean. I hope they'll maintain it for a long time as im definitely coming back as a resting place after a long drive from Kluang 😄 b4 heading back to SG. Would like to thank Ms. Jessy, who helped us with room change as the room i booked was under maintenance.

breakfast spread was ok but very disappointed as there dont even have a 3in1 milo packet for kids. they served pineapple and honeydew juice, which kids don't drink. Luckily, after speaking to the restaurant in charge, they offer my kids orange juice

Super Comfy and clean beds. Very attentive staff, greeted us all the time. They have a kids nook at the lobby. Beautifully decorated lobby and welcome drinks provided. Easy check in n check out which we loved since all payments HD been done earlier. Christmas decorations was great. Shower/toilet great.Will come again definitely.

No toothbrush /toothpaste provided. No spoons to stir coffee, only provided those wooden ones. Hotel location was a lil bit too quiet at night. If you were hungry in the middle of the night hmmm. Let's just hope the area around the hotel gets an upgrade.

Very comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Rooms come with bathing gel, hair dryer, coffee and tea. Good service staff. Simple but yet friendly. Even the guard was nice. The set up was a basic business friendly hotel. The area is a dead area at night so you'll need to either drive or book a ride out. Location is is abt 10 to 15 mins away from the harbour / eco area / gelang patah old town. Overall decent.

Couldn't find the toothbrush, not sure if its provided or not.

The peace and quiet due to the shophouses around were not opened yet. Ample parking space. Nice food and good lounge to chill out till midnight. Comfy room with enough facilities like iron, kettle, toiletries. Environmental friendly with the glass jug and refill your water from the dispenser at the corridor. Great to save earth from using plastics.

The bathroom and toilet door are see- through at the bottom. It's ok when alone but I don't think I'd be comfortable if I come with someone else.

We liked that it was clean and stylish. Breakfast spread was just enough, but not as much variety as we would have liked. Parking was ample and easy.

The location is somewhere in the industrial district. Felt almost ghetto. We stayed just one night to attend a wedding so it wasn't that big of a issue for us though. There's no room service but luckily we weren't that hungry at night.

Location was in the middle of an industrial area. but accessible to most areas nearby which were within 15mins of a drive. Staffs were extremely friendly, even the security uncle outside by the parking. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean carpets. Each room had an ironing board and dress mirrors which were awesome. Would come back.

Location and nearby roads was a lil scary esp with all the potholes nearby at first. But it's ok once you get around and familiarize with it.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staffs were nice and friendly. Ample parking. It is far from the city but that was ok with us since the purpose of our stay in Johor was to go to USS; the hotel was near to Tuas. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Look out for the small buttery croissants!

The area is a bit dodgy since it is surrounded with factories. There are a lot of foreign workers roaming around within the vicinity of the hotel. Quite far from proper convenience stores so come prepared. We went to Sunway Big Box for some supplies before checking into the hotel.

The rooms are clean & new. Beds are comfortable and they even provided bolsters which was a big plus. Breakfast was ok with quite a large range of food but taste is just ok. We booked the family room but it was somehow 'sold out'.... So they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms instead (which was still acceptable). There is free parking available in the basement and around the commercial complex.

The location is near to Legoland which was a big plus but the actual area is quite a deserted commercial complex, with alot of foreign workers loitering around in that area. Felt a little distrubing that such a good hotel is located at such an unsafe feeling area. Not many stores were open in the commercial complex, so needed to drive out else where for lunch/dinner options (as hotel food was just so so).
