Breakfast foods that may need to improve. Old facilities that need to be clean well.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices to choose from. Private beach, overal environment and the facilities contribute to the exclusivity of the place. Highly appreciate and most thankful to the mgmt for upgrading our room from the tower to water chalet. Will come back, definitely!

The fitness centre need upgrading. Noted smell from equipments, dampness and poor ventilation. Should provide lighter weight for the dumbells. We are not all hulk to carry 20kg dumbells! Floor tiles @ entrance foyer/bath area at the water chalet unit need good scrubbing and maintenance.

We stayed at an executive waterfront apartment (and we received an upgrade). Amazing location - stunning view of our own little island. The staff made us feel like movie stars when we arrived. Such beautiful people. They take your bags and you to your room by golf buggy. The room tariff included a buffet breakfast, which was delightful.

A little far out of the town (not a bad thing really) but the taxi ride in to town was so cheap. We downloaded the 'Grab' app. Best way to get around and so cheap by Australian standards.

Really like the room because biggest and facing exactly the seaview. The food during breakfast is so tasty 😋😋😋 Staff's at reception really helpful even the housekeeping also... Thank you to the Safe Guard duty at pool good give me Thier chair to seat because the seat are provided is fully used by other guests....

It's too early too check out at 11.00 am because we had a bit late check in because the traffic very bad ..so better maintain the check out time 12.00pm and maybe can give a bit compromise to extend a bit late check out not exceed the 1.00pm..

Allow all swimmers to your pool ... without prejudice

1) the room is very spacious n the bathtub is clean n big 2) water bottle is my favourite n the cleaning staff is humble and friendly 3) the breakfast options, cakes, dessert n the food taste amazing, buffet food also was delicious, there are rooms for improvement. 4) the staffs are friendly n I enjoyed the trip very much n it's one of my best staycation n will visit again

1) there was a cockroach at the bathroom on my first night stay. 2) the buffet on my 2nd day stay. The Price was RM 80 because of extra food.

I went to swimming pool wearing my swimming suit but the staff stopped me and did not allow me to swim , when I complained to duty manager , she did nothing and kept saying it is the swimming pool policy. I got my swimming short and T-shirt from wild wadi in Dubai but they insisted me to buy the T-shirt from the shop at the hotel to meet their swimming standards. I do not understand what was wrong with my swimming T-shirt ?! At the end I did swim without my swimming t-shirt and tried not to disturb my family vacation.

The bed, the bath tub, the cleanliness, the friendliness, the convenience, the breakfast, the view, the swimming pool, the free car park, the excess ability, the room service menu, lift was fast and all working, the drinking water is not plastic bottle, and everything else is superb!

The early 11am check out which was quite rushing, the crows when sitting outdoors for breakfast, the long walk to the beach, no setup cutlery during breakfast, waited long queues for fry eggs, around 10am fruits only left watermelon, the room 1113A toilet flush button was installed wrongly have to open the cover to press full flush, and the lift is hot with no ventilation or Aircon.

Breakfast spread was worth waking up to. Except my omelette tasted a little funky.

1. Access to the beach and the pool - the hotel targets family with small kids so the facilities leans toward that.. 2. The attitude of front desk staff. Either too loud or too timid. Plus as the first face of the hotel you’d expect to be greeted warmly and with a smile but instead was greeted with their sour face. The same experience during check out.
