The breakfast is very good and the staff in charge for the breakfast is very polite and helpful.

Very beautiful view and strategic location.the beach partially rocky sand and also got soft nice sandy area, low tide in late afternoon, high tide in the morning..staff very helpful..the breakfast not much choice but their sambal n nasi lemak itself was very delicious..sambal paru also marvellous!!(chef kiss!)potentially to be nasi ‘lemak beratur’ if sold tepi jalan..beautiful n clean swimming pool..

No in room iron board, need to iron outside the room..no connection for in room telephone.need to call their staff by my own hp if need anything.

All the staff from reception, bellboys, restaurants all very friendly, helpful, polite and very efficient. How efficient they’re help me to extend my vacation. Breakfast was good. Always refill the food. Taste ok.

The swimming pool is quite slippery, my sister and son almost drowned because the pool stairs were slippery. But the staff very efficient to help my son and my sister. Restaurant not available at night. Only available for breakfast. Beach for me not suit for swimming. Quite dirty.

Hotel is very good and affordable price. Swimming pool just average but above the par. Water slide for kids is available. This is my second stay and breakfast buffet has improved in variation. Last time (2021) there is limited choice for breakfast. A lot of parking for guest, with basement parking lot. Seaview room is very calming.

Overall is good but my room 915 has broken toilet on second day of the stay. Clogged toilet bowl. Maybe this is unexpected since first day toilet is in good condition. Hotel admin please take note.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room service is so good that they wait until you responded. Breakfast delicious. The security guard does their job pretty well as you don’t need to worry about your vehicle when you park it.

The room which we stay doesn’t have water heater even after waiting for more than 5 minutes. For me it’s okay but for my wife and 7 month baby it’s not as they don’t stand cold water much.

The room was so clean and very comfortable swimming pool was so clean and big. This hotel has a wonderful sea view.We can view sun set and many cargo ships. Night view was very beautiful but me and my friends can’t sleep at night just become of this ships. too many sounds and the sound disturbing us can’t sleep as well. But the view were beautiful. Rooms with a water heater also not working and also they served breakfast to our room but we pay for buffet service it’s abit disappointment. staffs very friendly and helpful recommend for weekends and we are extremely enjoyed ✌🏼

Beach. Clear water in the morning. (Not rainy days I think) Medium size pool - if peak season, confirmed full with people. Love the bed - its a hard type mattress.

1) Lift - only 2 working instead of 3, and during check in / check out will take longer time to wait. 2) Got bath tub, but a bit risky for elderly to come inside it to take shower. 3) Limited parking space.
