i love the room. Spacious and has adequate amenities. All the basics were provided and i love the fact that the kitchen has a microwave. Very convenient for those travelling with family members and need to bring extra food. The aircond worked really well. There is also a space with high lounge chair that serves as a workspace. The room i had has partial view of the sea and it was breathtaking. The gym was also great, with functional equipment and had dumbells of various weight. Convenient stores and value marts were very near.

The breakfast could improve. The cleanliness of the surrounding. Unpleasant smell in some parts like the lift, the corridor. The beach wasn't private as we got chased out by the security guard at the office. I wonder where their beach is... i read reviews saying that the gated one belonged to the hotel but turned out that it wasnt theirs. The phone in the room didnt work.

Aircond is very cold. Parking is abundant. Check in and check out was easy. Room is decent size. Breakfast is decent and delicious. Nasi lemak and bihun goreng delicious. Location of hotel is my favorite. Near the waterfront, and many f&b outlets. For people like us who are too lazy to drive around we're quite happy

Pool doesn't have nice lounge chairs and no towels provided. No hair dryers. I wish there was. Shower head leaking but okay still. Elevators is slow. Very slow. At level 3, sometimes buttons won't light up and we're stuck in front of the lift.

Its location just steps away from PD Waterfront, there are several eateries and fast food restaurants, there are 3 supermarkets nearby. For breakfast we walked a little bit further to the old town area. L5 is where all the facilities are - pool, gym, playground & viewing deck. It was sooo breezy there the viewing deck is awesome. Gym is also working. Room is clean and decent, commensurate with the price. We got rooms near to the lifts and the lift also pretty swift so I have no complaints on that, contrary to some negative review about the lifts.

The facade is a bit run down. At L5 there are areas where tiles came out, female toilet very dim I thought it was not working initially but it is working. There is no towel service at the pool nor life guards. Limited channels on TV.

Got private beach but still have to cross the road to go there, variety shoplot nearby & easy to look for food, medicine and other necessities. I took a unit with 2 rooms (2 queen bed, 2 single bed, 2 TVs, 1 sofa, 1 table bar, 2 bar stools) . 1 queen bed is in the hall area (got small partition to divide the sleep & TV area. TV can't be switch on. I'm not sure about the problem. But the sofa was comfortable enough for a nap. Quite clean for me. All airconds were well functioned. Interior was just nice & simple. Exterior was like a normal apartment. Quite ok. Kitchen got microwave & 2 plates. You can reheat your food but you need to bring your own sponge & dishwash soap. There were no sweep so we bought 1 at Ecoshop. Towels and toiletries were also provided. Pool also big enough for the kids & adult. There also got small playground. Gym also available at the same floor with the pool. Overall I was satisfied with this stay. Thank you.

Some furnitures & door (toilet) were broken. There were some bird (balcony area) & lizard (sliding door) poops. There were not enough plates, cutlery & dishwasher soap. But I think it's better if you bring your own.

Breakfast was very good - nice selection - limited to local taste but sufficient in variety. The staff very friendly and helpful - the buffet was always replenished and well prepared.

Coffee was always an issue - either cold or much tooo strong. I love strong coffee in the morning - o kosong, but if too bitter - no fun. Please understand: brewing good coffee is an art by itself.

We had a family day of 80 members of our big family. Everyone loved the venue, food and facilities. We enjoyed our games/activities at the private garden by the beach and the scenic view facing the waterfront was calming.

The elevators... there should be more. We have to wait for a long time to get into a less crowded one.

we got free upgrade, in which is a nice touch. view is awesome, as it is at the front of the bed aircond is cold it feels soundproof, but could not test it bed is super comfy with 4 pillows per king bed eatery and beach is within walking distance

bathroom feels like staying at apartment the distance between room and breakfast is quite far food at breakfast is so so

It's my second time staying in this hotel. We come back because of the strategic locations and of course the good breakfast. My family loved it so much. On 29May, no power all over PD. We waited almost 2 hours for check-in. After a while, the guy at the front desk was checking-in us but unfortunately still no electricity. After arriving at the hotel room by stairs, suddenly electric on. Thanks God.

It was easily accessible and close to the waterfront. The rooms were clean too.

The registration process could be better. Receptionist wasn’t pleasant and she took a long time to give us the key. Also the lobby was very warm and the aircond was only at the receptionist place.

Overall a good stay... Location was great near supermarket, fast food joints and close to water Had a small secluded beach which was 1 minute walk from the hotel The person who checked me in was very helpful ...Kudos to him! Room was clean and functional Availability of undercover parking outside the lobby was a huge plus

Breakfast not great for MYR30 better options available nearby No English TV channels No chairs on the balcony, which was small but at least 1 chair would've been good especially as there were none in the room also!
