This is one of the best holiday places I've stayed in recent times. The apartment we stayed is well maintained, clean and comes with all sorts of necessities, such as fridge, microwave, washing machine, tv, hob, and even toaster. Very thoughtful host. Easy and convenient parking lots, polite staff, amazing view from balcony and live flowers everywhere is a bonus. My family had a wonderful experience staying here. Will definitely choose this place over again and again if I ever visit Cameron Highlands again. Thank you everyone involved.

I love this place It has a nice room, comfy bed , and a clean bathroom Other than that they have a water dispenser cause other expensive hotels don't even have that I travel with my brother with a motorcycle and it is easy to park in these properties Other than that I have no issue Love the accomendation and will repeat in near future

Maybe in the future they will put a wardrobe

Hotel location easy to find and the price is affordable, and pleasant to stay for quick staycation, room is spacious; the staff is kind enough to accomodate my request to have room at GF due to I bring my special child since the hotel do not have lift.

1. For room that I stay, the aircond motor/fan make so loud noise; 2. The blanket and bedsheet have visible yellow stain, which i think time to change new one. 3. Upon arrival, i think the housekeeping just finish cleaning the room and the floor is still wet,

Great hotel for those with a budget. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Water pressure is good. Great access to waterfront and batu 1. Near family mart and kk mart. Room was equipped with bottled water, coffee/tea and 2 mugs. Aircond works fine. Wifi connection was superb! Got parking area. Also love how they hv a small playground upfront and a place where I can sit while my children play. Definitely will come again.

The tv doesn’t have a decent channel to watch. TV3 pun takde. Glad I brought my own iPad.

room is clean. Good lighting and spacious. Good shower and clean toilet. Not far from town and the nearest shop is just across the road. The name Merlin itself rings a bell to me as it was once a very famous chain of hotels in Malaysia.

Thin walls. This is an old hotel and the conversation of next door neighbor in the morning can be heard. No breakfast.

Location near to centre, to Family Mart and ample parking space for cars. Quiet place..good for family 👍🏻👍🏻

My room shower not functioning, no water pressure, hot-cold water seems not working.

Improve in tv channel. Balcony condition need to be repaired. Staircase to bathroom Abit slippery.

overall. i always passing by merlin hotel since few years ago and last weekend i managed to stay here. i booked 2 rooms and both are beyond my expectations. merlin hotel will be our place to stay in pd next time..
