Generally quiet. Nice pool. Good accomodation.

Some maintenance required (painting). We had 1 suite room and 1 duplex villa. No problem with the room however the villa only has air con in the bedrooms which worked ok but there is no air con in the living/dining area (this was made clear in the description) However maybe the owner should consider adding air con here as when we arrived the villa was incredibly hot as the afternoon sun was shining straight at the windows. My elderly mother had to stay with us in the room until the villa cooled down in the evening.

The pool - closes at 10.30pm. The ambience as you enter the property at night time. Bathrooms were huge!

We took the duplex. Super high ceiling. Super hot. No ventilation whatsoever. The only ventilation you’ll get is if you open the front door - which people can clearly see what you’re doing inside. Ceiling fan and wall fan did not help at all. Our 2 airconds lacked gas, had to wait 30-40 minutes until the maintenance guy came to refill the gas. Then it was okay cold. But even after opening the doors to let the aircond out to the living room, it was still rather hot.

Everything is good,the room so clean,privacy & so beautiful at night..i like to stay here,so peaceful ❤️

I hope the management can put something in the glass like tinted,because it so hot from the bed

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lot 1638 in Port Dickson. It’s an ideal place for a family gathering — the highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool area, which provided the perfect space to relax and catch up with loved ones. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to accommodate everyone. For the price, it’s definitely great value for money. Whether you’re looking to unwind or spend quality time with family, this villa ticks all the boxes. Would definitely recommend for group stays or weekend getaways!

Nothing specific but there is no nearby shop or convenient store. The nearest is about 5 minutes drive.

1)I love the ambience especially the location that is not located at the centre of PD. 2) the facilities provided are the best. Example: even Though we are not allowed to cook, they provide a shared kitchen which is very convenient. The villa also can provide extra bed. 3) The main door of the villa automatically locks. Feel safe and secured.

1) Parking spot. If the villa is fully booked it might be difficult to park in front of the villa. 2) some guests might do events at the lounge area and they leave their belongings, such as inflatable floats in the swimming pool and hanging towels on the lounge chair, as they claimed the area as theirs, which is quite unfair for other guests that want to use the facilities too. 3) Microwave in the shared kitchen is not working

I had an incredible experience at this villa during my vacation! The lighting around the pool was absolutely stunning, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere that made for a perfect evening. The villa itself offered complete privacy, which allowed for a truly relaxing and peaceful stay. One of the highlights was being able to order food delivery and enjoy a delicious meal right by the pool. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious getaway!

We have elderly (parents) with us and requested to check-in a bit early (2.30 pm instead of 3.00pm). The host kindly arrange that for us. The property is as beautiful as it looks on the screen/listing on the web. Clean & cosy rooms. Beautiful, minimalist & modern vibe. Very close to the beach & restaurants too.

Unfortunately during our 2nd day (check-out day), it was raining heavily. The rain drenched us, as there were no covered walkways to protect from the rain when walking from the room to the car. But the host was kind enough to allow us for a late checkout (1pm instead of 12noon). The water pressure (in the shower) is also quite low during peak hours (morning only), as experienced in the two-bedroom villa with balcony (2nd floor staircase access only).

The villa view is so beautiful. Great pool. Staff is very helpful while we faced with problem there. Good experience.

The room is a bit smelly. It rains heavily while we there, and theres leaking somewhere and causing the carpet floor to be wet thus explained the damp and musty smell. And the walkways to the room was filled with water make it difficult to reach the room. There monkeys playing on top of the roof in the evening thus it is noisy and disturbing our rest. Other than that, everything else is great.

Clean and comfortable room, beautifully design building and landscaping. Quiet and peaceful ambience throughout the property.

My room had a large fixed window high up the wall for natural lighting. While it is a cool, sustainable architectural feature of the building, it can be so blinding when the morning sunlight entered the room. It is especially uncomfortable when the bed is facing that window, preventing me from sleeping in which is what i was hoping for during my holiday. I suggest that window to be tinted darker or install a shading device to filter some of the natural light.
