Happy to see improvements have been done compared to my last stay. Would want the exact same room next time as it didn’t disappoint me.

Room floor had sand as we checked in, bed had that ‘bau hapak’ old damp smell. Doors especially bathroom door were very dusty, shower are had Iizard poop on the wall. Breakfast- very small spread. food was blend fried rice ,fried noodles, rendang , frankfurters (please get a better brand), chee cheong fun could be steamed longer for a better texture. Beach- I noticed they topped up sand over the entire beach. not suitable for swimming as the sand feels like quicksand, a lot of air pockets could be dangerous for anyone to swim in.

Overall i would say is very very excellent I just want to give your staff a good note I could not get her name , but she was at the counter , on Friday , 26th July , noon around 3pm ++ she was wearing braces and with tudung . 1) She greeted me with a very sweet and warm smile 2) She was fast and very friendly 3) I felt she made my day after a hectic day Tell her to keep up the good work and keep smiling . THE LIFT

The room are spacious and I believe all the rooms are sea view. All the facilities are function well just need to upgrade on the interior seems they are still using the old furniture. Worth to stay with breakfast included and walking distance to the beach.

To add more passengers lift as it take some times during peak hours (check in and check out). We take other options to use staircase instead due to longer waiting period

I like that it has clean private beach. Great staff. Good breakfast with plenty choices of food. Good air-conditioning. Great wifi signal as celcomdigi coverage seemed non-existent. Great sunset view.

The hotel itself is quite old. I first came here in 2012, it was in pristine condition during that time. Now moldy bathroom 🥹 but still can use.

What we like the most is the view. Spectacular. The room is spacious, but the furniture quite old school. Maybe if the management can upgrade to newer trend and design, me personally think this is one of the great place to stay. The hot water system is out of order when we arrived, but we've been informed as soon as we check-in, so it wasn't a problem. It just that we have to change to another room due to air conditioner in the 1st room is leaking, and we need to go down coz the phone wasn't working. 😌😌 But the staff immediately offer us a new room as the previous one, so it should be good enough for us. The food is so so. Only there pigeon everywhere. Maybe management should put more attention to this matter, to avoid any unnecessary accidents. Other than that, it was a good stay. The pool is spacious too, only the water greeny due to filterations issue. We love to stay here, maybe we will come back and enjoy ourself more, with hopes all the problems had been taking care of. 👍👌

Hundreds of room but only one elevator for the guest to use. Elevator broke down since Saturday PM till Sunday AM, not our luck😅. Room 813 - AC not cool even set to 16 c, just so so only. The rest all ok, accepted

compares to it glory day in 1998, corus paradise maintains its simple charm. the pool is huge, the bed is comfy. 2 queens beds that could accommodate 4 adults. the breakfast just nice, sambal nasi lemak (no belacan) is splendid with manis bawang, congee bubur is marvelous, no omelette counter but the scramble eggs got thumbs up. during hari raya as most kedai makan are closed, make use of the room service. no problem at all with the staff, i am very simple person. ohhh the beach. just a walk away. must swim from 8 am to 11 am. the water starts receded after that until 4 pm.

have to come back here again. we really enjoy every thing in corus paradise.

Dont have any phone in the room. I cant make a room service from my room. If you wanna make a room service, you must come to the receptionist desk and tell the staff at counter. They will make an order on behalf you to the kitchen.

the bathroom is smelly because it was old? better check on for improvement on that. Overall is fine but the hygiene need extra care and that would be better .

Pool,room, breakfast and all facilities all good.

Electrical wire supposed to be tidy.some plug connection not working.aircond compressor should be not at balcony.
