I like the fact that we have a sea view. The apartment can fill up 8 people. At first we thought it only had 7 beds until we saw the extra mattress in the single room. The breakfast is RM25 each, you have to walk in. We liked the fact that we have a fridge, aircon and heater as well. It's an affordable stay

It was slightly dirty but the beach sand is really fine so I understand that there are some difficulties cleaning. The towels were too small for us.

i read all the review of this place so I didn't expect much. But, upon check-in, it exceeds my expectations! - I can see the sunset from the balcony, nice view!! with the sounds of the waves. - all toilets are clean. - all bedrooms are clean and equipped with aircond. - got fridge and microwave - all the mugs and plate looks new and very clean. with this price, I am okay and very satisfied. recommended!

- The towel looks very old but I didn't really mind cos I use my own towel.

I love the balcony view & the interior design. Minimalistic but lovely. Enough utensils for a large family. Towels provided, which is a huge plus. The self check in & check out system is suitable for me as I don't like check-in hassle. My dad who love sky view enjoy sitting near the balcony looking out. We also enjoy the pool & the beach which is only a short walking distance.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment. Clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent host, very helpful and always prompt with replies. So many facilities available: pool with water slide, beachfront, tennis and basketball courts, mini petting zoo, turtle feeding. Great location with good restaurants and grocery shops nearby.

Slightly old bathrooms- very clean but can be upgraded further.

The aircond didn’t function well for the main bedroom :(

The place was really strategic. Many shops and restaurants can be found down the road.

The floor was sandy. But I can't say much about it since it is located right next to the beach. Master bedrooms window's rubber was missing, and it was making some noise. I had to use tissue papers to cover up the space. Other than that, I loved the place.

Perfect for family vacation! Very Nice View!! My family is satisfied with our stay! Property is clean, and everything we need is provided in the property.. (iron,hairdryer,cutlery etc.)

There are places to hang clothes, but got only 2-3 hangers, not enough for usage of 7 people for our family.. There are mirrors, but only one in the master bedroom,, other mirrors are in the bathroom,,would be nice if have mirror in other bedrooms too..

Location & helpful host! Kudos to Mr. Chia & team! Easy check-in process & finding parking. While some of the items / build-in furniture (less than 3!) in the room are a bit run down due to the dated product, the cleanliness, maintenance & upkeep of the unit are superb (and I valued this! I have seen better products, however, the cleanliness is below expectation) Of course, the sea view is a bonus! A combo of hospitable host & clean and well maintain product is what I valued!

•The sea view from the window was beautiful mashaAllah. •The room was comfortable enough for 5 adults & 4 kids below 11 y.o. •The air-conditioning functioned well. •Water heater, fridge, microwave & hair dryer functioned well too. •Owner is very understanding & quick response to the call or w.app msg. •Owner gave clear instructions(in pdf) to follow. Even starts from the entrance(guard house). •Affordable price.

Only a few things that I'm quite upset with: • In 1 of the toilet, there was no wall bracket for the water heater. • There was no extra pipe for toilet usage. Need to use the water heater. • There was 1 hole for the socket plug in the bedroom left open without the socket. Can see the wire itself & it could be dangerous if kids touch it.
