the environment was nice, the bed super comfy, the pool was amazing, kids having a blast. the staff very friendly and helpful, the food was decent. it worth for short gateway with family to spend quality time together.

quite dirty underneath the bed, find a water bottle and socks. the channel quite limited during midnight but the rest was nice and good.

Staff was very friendly. Had a wonderful time. The big pool had only 5 sunbeds but I guess as the hotel was more for "local people" they do not use the pool area in the same way that we are used to.

Unfortunately I do not know what is happening in Port Dickson, we noticed the same thing, abandoned places and rubbish everywhere. The beach near the hotel is not that nice (dirty & rubbish) The hotel promised a pool cafe, but there was non. Restaurant and bar was very empty in the evening so we felt really alone.

Lovely setting next to the sea. Clean room and a private pool is a nice touch.We all loved the swimming facilities which we used on both days we stayed here. The breakfast was superb, so much choice and should cater for most people, I don't know why some people were negative. Particular complements to Aidil who was very helpful in bugging us around and giving tips on sights to see.

The room was looking tired and probably in need of a freshen up, it didn't really have a 5 star feel. An actual paper sheet with available facilities might do the hotel a better service than providing via a QR code.

Everything was good except when i check in the customer service tell me that the rate for breakfast is rm35 for adult and rm23 for kids (3-6) surprisingly next day morning when my wife went to the counter pay for breakfast the rate went up...rm65 (adult)&rm35 for kids (3-6)....i was shock....then i ask the staf in Lanun Cafe...she told me Rm35 is only for group package....while for my package the breakfast meal is rm65....then i went out from Grand Lexis to look for breakfast....Grand Lexis please alert all your staff to aware about this...do not make your client MISUNDERSTANDING WITH THIS SIMPLE MISTAKE..... SO SORRY FOR GIVING U THISS 👎👎

# Room was good as i was upgraded to an better room as i did not expect to be given it at all. # Pool was great. # Breakfast was great especially my wife was too tired to go for breakfast and i went alone. After my breakfast i just check if i could get a cup of coffee for my wife but i was supervise when i was offered an take away full American breakfast and that really make my wife morning awesome as she was happily smiling from ear to ear. Thanks to the restaurant manager who if i am right name was Sathya. Good job and keep it up.

The bathroom was not what i had expected and also the windows to the pool was not smoot as i was struggling to open it. Maintenance should oil or grease it up for easy and smooth opening.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoy swimming at the indoor pool. Breakfast was also good, but the menu almost exactly the same for both days that i stayed. The check-in process was very quick (5-6 counters). Some of staffs are very friendly and approachable.

The indoor pool probably need to be checked if got cracks or tiles not evenly. Both my son n daughter got cuts while swimming. I hope management will check regularly to ensure safety. The drivers (buggy) are surely not welcoming, and got one incident one driver almost hit my daughter, he was impatient to drive away after we get off, not a busy night anyway.Luckily no one was hurt.

There were so many options to choose from, whether you’re in the mood for a traditional breakfast or something a bit more unique. The variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options really made it a great way to start each day. But the real treat was the dinner buffet. Every evening, the buffet was a feast for the senses—there was something for every taste, from freshly prepared seafood and grilled meats to an impressive array of salads, sides, and desserts. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the variety kept me coming back for more each night. And of course, the scenery was breathtaking. It added such a serene atmosphere to every meal and made it all the more special. I just got back from a stay at Grand Lexis PD, and I had a fantastic time! The indoor private pool was definitely the highlight for me. It was so nice to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The breakfast buffet was incredible! There were so many varieties to choose from—Japanese, continental, Malay, and more. I loved being able to try different dishes each morning. It was the perfect way to start my day! I also got a free upgrade from a garden pool room to a sky pool room because of low occupancy. What a nice surprise! The views were beautiful, and having my own pool right outside my door was amazing. The bed was super comfy, and I slept really well. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grand Lexis PD. If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing getaway, this place is a great choice. I’d definitely come back!

My only note is that the hotel could use a bit more cleaning since it’s getting older. A little extra attention would really make a difference!

The breakfast was delicious, especially the Rendang Ayam & Nasi Lemak on 19th June. However, the Nasi Lemak on 20th June was rather bland & the Mee Goreng was abit on the salty side.. But, on the 21st June, the Nasi Ayam as well as the Mee Goreng & Ayam Belado was fantastic, especially the Ayam Belado. Overall, the food was fantastic. The rooms were clean. So were the towels. The complimentary drinks in the fridge was also a bonus. Was glad to see the complimentary drink bottles are being recycled, too. The services was also quick when being requested. Hotel staffs were friendly, too.

No more newspaper service anymore. Grand Lexis used to deliver newspapers to rooms every morning. TV channels were limited. Would be nice if there were Astro channels.
