They have a nice view of a beach but it too quiet with no decoration light on midnight, swimmig pool looks OK but they don't prepare towel on each lazy chair nearby pool side.

Overall - overpriced and not worth the money spent 1. Counter staff was stiff and unfriendly - not customer oriented 2. Room was nice and large but not properly cleaned : - stuffs in fridge from last tenant was not cleared and cleaned - drawer was not cleared of plastic stuffs - the bed are very stiff and pillow sheets were a lil bit dirty -toilet are very smell -Some of room light are not operate very well. 3. Very poor service when maintenance was called in for housekeeping room, no laundry bag standby on each room..must call FO everytime just to asking for a single laundry plastic. 4. Breakfast (which was compulsory) was below expectation, Breakfast very worse and tasteless 5. Beach resort.. they don't have guard /security on beach.. 6. Pool looks OK! Overall, not satisfied!

Very average cleanliness. Langsir ada stains, ada used drinking bottle in fridge, dust and item left from previous guests under the bed.

My family and I recently stayed at this relatively new hotel, and we were very pleased with our experience. The room was quite spacious, comfortably fitting two single beds and a sofa, making it ideal for two people. The toilet, although medium in size, was spotlessly clean, and the hot shower worked perfectly. One of the highlights was the large swimming pool, which catered to both adults and kids, providing a great spot for some family fun. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of good eateries nearby, and it's just a short distance from Pantai Telok Kemang, which made it easy for us to enjoy the beach. Parking was never an issue, as there was ample open space available. Lastly, the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

-private beach. Price is reasonable for a hotel w a private beach, and my late booking -breakfast buffet is decent and delicious too, considering the price at just rm20/pax -i basically tolerate all other short coming bcause of the beach, and my family had fun despite it.

- Room 3281 is very dirty i have to say. The bathroom is..gross. i have to shower w my eyes closed because the walls are full of stains, tile grouts full of mould. Your team need to put extra care to cleaners doing their job. - room smells like 'bilik orang bujang'. Bilik berbau bantal berbau, selimut berbau. Sad to say ive never been to hotel with this smell. Have to 'alas' the pillows cos they smells and i dont want to risk theyre not being changed from previous stayer. -room floor dusty, clumps of hair. -PARTIAL SEAVIEW is not partial. But u can see the pools though.

Own arrangement of outside breakfast. The TV system is superb.

1. Since I took up the Deluxe King bedroom, the positioning of the outlet in the middle of the bed is quite cumbersome and can pose a 'risk' to the guest resting on the bed. At least the 'designer' could have position the outlet either side of the bed with provision of a side table . 2. One (1) switch at the same outlet is not functioning. Having two switches that function as uplight and downlight throughout the room is not to the ' like of this guest' since it is too bright! It's common for hotels in the industry to provide control switches to break the lighting at the Front and the Bed areas.

It was very nice hotel . My husband and I really enjoyed staying here . I booked partial sea view and it was very relaxing to see the view from the balcony of our room.

The buffet breakfast a little disappointing and the cafe is not well maintained at all. At night we called to order food but unfortunately the cafe has already closed earlier and we didn’t expect it.

The room is exceeded my expectations. It's really comfort and clean.

The beach location is quite disappointing (is it right beside the effluent of neighbours hotel? (correct me if I'm wrong and I hope I'm wrong so)) and the stairs to beach didn't fabricated properly. It's definitely a potential case of near-miss.

Strategic location.. new building and new furniture.. good environment.. easy to get food.. this is our 2nd time here.. recommended place to vacation..

The man cleaner which is the staff was taking my daughter's picture. It's very bad attitude.. I asked the receptionist to inform to the staff to delete the picture.
