I reserved two apartments for my family, each featuring three rooms and two bathrooms. The apartments are spacious and impeccably clean. All air conditioning units are functioning properly, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The swimming pool is both large and well-maintained, and the view from the apartment is stunning. I look forward to returning in the future.

The owner could enhance the experience by providing additional useful items such as tissues, soap, shampoo, free Wi-Fi, a water dispenser, undiluted dish liquid, and new sponges for better cleaning. Additionally, the pillows are quite thin and should be replaced or supplemented to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Big space in the house, clean, comfortable, a lot of parking space

There is no lamp at the lift area corridor. Water pressure low and sometimes the water odour quite smelly. No liquid dishwashers provided in the house and at the bbq area. No extra pillow, comforter and bed

Lucky to get book this room during the peak school + public holiday in the very last minute where other place is already full booking everywhere. And i did call to check and double confirm my booking again with the property, and gladly the guy did check and confirm even with the pay at property option. And surprisingly the apartment is so spacious, very clean and tidy, all room are in almost equal size so every family are very satisfied with their room, all with aircon. Near to shops, mcD, everythg, within distance, no need to go out to main road unless you plan your trip to avoid hectic jammed. We are very satisfied stay in here and definitely will come back again in future.

Just a small thing, there is no hook nor cupboard in the bedroom so your clothes and towel dont know where to hang.

The penthouse amazing....

Aircond need service, bed need to check, kitchen better if have better things .... otherwise so so nice

The apartment was a double storey penthouse…very comfortable and spacious to accomodate for 4 families…all the rooms are quite clean with clean bedsheets…equipped with functioning aircond with adequate towels… toilets are clean , eventhough some of the water heater is not functioning, but it was ok for us… the water pressure is very good…luckily we have upper floor so that all children can play on that area without disturbing the old people chatting at the main hall.. main hall was very spacious and comfortable ..pool is accessible from 7am till 7 pm.. very spacious pool ( 1 for adult, 1 for children)..we also manage to do fishing as the fishing area/ river bank is just nearby the apartment, even can walk to the area… the penthouse was very superb and above our expectation as the rental is not so expensive… the drawback is that, the balcony, door n windows was not fixed with any grill…so it is quit dangerous for family who has a lot of children… but we managed to overcome it by tieing the windows lock using the rafia rope…this apartment is highly recommended:… will rent again this apartment if we come to PD

Pool need maintenance..

The penthouse is huge and have lots of space. The price is very affordable and plenty of parking spaces with good security.The staff is helpful and the location is easy to be located. The masterbedroom is huge with two King size beds. There is a 24 hours McDonald and many restaurants nearby.

One of the room on the second floor airconditoner is not functioning well. The toilet sink is broken and water leak.There is no WiFi. The masterbedroom hot water shower is not functioning well.

It was spacious n clean. Near to shops n supermarkets n eateries. Vijay, the Manager was very helpful n prompt.
