Location - near to Teluk Kemang's beach which is about 3 minutes walk. The hotel - the room as per described and shared in the website. It is clean and hopefully they maintain the cleanliness. I booked the family room and it is comfortable for a family of 4. The room - ground floor : easy access for elderly. The staff & management - very helpful though there were few mishaps but they ensure that it didnt last too long.

Some noises at night as it is near to the main road and access to the Teluk Kemang's beach. Middle of the night can hear may be lori sampah picking the rubbish. But the noise was still manageable.

I book one room apartment with two single beds,1 queen bed and living room.. It was very spacious for 4 adults and 1 child. I like how they arranged the living area so that we can watch tv as a family and eat together. In terms of facilities, I am very impressed because there is a dobi 24 hours connected to it. Their top notch service needs to be acknowledge and credited because I requested for birthday suprise for my husband. Their team kept me posted on when the room is ready, and so on so forth. So kudos to Syazwan and one of the lady that is very prompt with their replies. the hotel is also a walking distance from the beach... which is very therapeutic.. and I don't find it a hassle because there are nearby food truck which is easily accessible. I would recommend anyone this hotel especially if you have young children and elderly.

The room with the queen bed - I felt insecure of the toilet because of the window. it would have been better if they added some privacy film on the window so that customer will feel at ease to shower..

This accommodation offers the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and affordability, ideally located near the beach and town. The friendly and attentive staff enhance the experience, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the nearby coffee shop serves excellent coffee, making it a great spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

While the location and overall stay were pleasant, some maintenance issues need attention. The shower head, bidet, and power plug require repairs to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

The location is superb, near to teluk kemang area, near to the famous cendol area, near to all stalls and ofcourse the BEACH. The family room is spacious and comfortable. Very convenience for old parents, they provide sejadah and also the best thing is mineral water - not drinking water (usually taste bad). I would say this is a plus point!

The guest wifi is not working at all. And there’s no satelit tv to watch, everything needs to use our own account of netflix / iqiy and everything so it was hard for my old parents to use it since they cant watch news. At first even the android cant be used, but the staff help to chnge to another staff wifi, but we cant log in into guest wifi for our own tablet/phone.

The room were clean upon arrival and spacious. The location is quite decent due to near the beach and multiple food stall/restaurants. The staff were helpful with carrying luggage up the stairs. Parking right in front of hotel made for easy luggage offload.

Love the location, very near to the beach around 50m. There are a few tap water available outside to clean yourself before entering the room. they have nice café beside the hotel. The family room located on the ground floor and there is a ramp for wheelchair. Basically everything is convenient for family and elderly. tqvm!

Clean, new furniture, terrific water pressure, minutes to the beach, very kind and hospitable staff! Close to nature, not sure if we heard bird chirpings or if was a recorded audio. I left my bag at the lobby, a staff was kind enough to deliver it when I forgot!

Expect some motorcycle noises in the late nights but otherwise nothing to fault!

This is my second time staying in the same hotel..first, was on Nov last year. This time around, we brought our family together for a short trip before Ramadan starts. Again, this hotel is always impressive; cozy & clean room, easy access, near to the beach, wonderful reception staff and of course value for money. We’ll return!

Super comfy bed and pillow, very clean. The ambience was just nice. Very near to the beach, just walking distance. Easy to park car, got 24hours laundry, got cafe as well.

It could be better to have a table in the room, not really sound proof. Maybe can consider to have breakfast in the future.
