double standard because i driver taxi to check in.they trip me very bad.

Have a kids pool and easy to access beach. Beautiful view from room

Breakfast buffet not really nice. & disappointed with plate , soup bowl , glass have a dust .little dirty. Need to wiping please

We had a family gathering for 70+ pax and the Thistle Banquet team had everything well prepared and provided us with an excellent dinner. The pool facilities are great and caters for various types of activities. Ramily room was spacious and nice but lacked a shower curtain.

Thistle security at night were not ready to assist me in dropping off my wheelchair bound OKU son. There was a car blocking the dropoff area which did not move and nobody to coordinate accordingly. The specially requested parking spot was also blocked off intially. As the security manager approached, his awareness that there was a child in a wheelchair by the curb was non existent. The worst part is that he proceeded to argue with me about something that is basic courtsey of a hotel reception and the lack of security coordination was non existent.

The place is quiet and the view is so nice, Upon check-in, the reception was so nice to give us early check-in, and the process was so fast and easy,friendly staff and helpful. The room is big with the large bed and so comfortable. The room service is excellent. Fast respond for what ever you need.The food was so good and I like the teh tarik so much.The check- out process take not even a minute to settle ,so easy.for all , from the front security to the reception,room,facilities, enviroment,room service, house keeping, I give a big 5 star to this hotel.

The room floor need a carpet because it's so cold to step on the tiles when the aircond is working.

We very much like the environment of the Resort, we felt like in a big natural park with a lot of plants around and the sea at a few metres. The ground around the resort is well maintained. We liked particularly the pool. Breakfast was good and the personnel at the Chinoise restaurant was commendable. A special mention to the housekeeper Jamil who looked after our room.

Sometimes we were disturbed by the noises of children. At one time a client started to play music through a small loudspeaker near the pool.

Room was good but old, View from the room was excellent (as it was sea and pool view) and the breakfast was good as well...From my room I can see the sunrise and sunset, words are not enough...... to explain my feeling also you can walk towards the beach its calm and quite. My kids enjoy the pool, there are few activities in the pool for kids (need to pay for it)

Wash room was not up to the mark, as the shower hand was broken so its difficult to take shower. We have told them about the problem but they did not solve. :((((

The warm and welcoming attitude of the front desk staff truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. It made all the difference, especially since the main purpose of our staycation was to escape the hectic pace of city life and recharge. A big thumbs up for the breakfast spread—it was delicious and had a great variety. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the views were absolutely stunning. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Perhaps the hotel management could consider upgrading the toilets, but aside from that, everything else was excellent

This hotel is perfect for families with young children as it offers plenty of facilities and activities. One of the main attractions for me was the large swimming pool. It’s one of the biggest hotel pools I’ve visited, with a depth of 2.5 meters! The hotel room was clean and comfortable. If you have a bigger budget, I recommend choosing a seaview room, as the "garden view" room I stayed in only offered a view of building rooftops. The private beach was clean and peaceful, with options for water sports. The hotel also organizes fun activities for guests, such as poolside Zumba and family games. There's even a petting zoo in the lobby, which the kids loved. The surrounding area looks beautiful at night, with plenty of lights. As for breakfast, there were many delicious options to choose from. Overall, I found this hotel to be very enjoyable and would definitely choose it again for a weekend getaway with family and friends.

There’s nothing to complain about, as overall, this hotel fully met my needs.

It was our third time here and we love the hotel because of the pool and the accessible private beach. The pool is big with many areas for children to play with slides. The beach is clean and well-maintained. The room is spacious and clean. I also love the children playroom with mini arcade there.

The elevator sometimes making weird sound and sometimes don't go to level 1 as intended. The room is clean but some of the furniture is old and already broken (eg: cupboard for fridge in my room)

I love the ocean view from the balcony, there are variety of food for breakfast, the walkaway to beach is way better compared to Jan last year. The swimming pool is spacious. Its also stroller and wheelchair friendly. Hassle free to move the kid and my mom around the hotel. We had fun and will repeat again!

Parking a little bit far and quite dim / dark at night time specially after we back from dinner, probably to add more lamp post would be better and convenience.
