If you are looking for a quiet place near the beach, the location of this resort is excellent. The beach is right behind the hotel, just a few steps from the back door. There is also a large swimming pool. The hotel takes care of the security of the place, although in general the area is very safe and quiet. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help with details. The hotel is clean, in general. Weekends there are more passengers, mostly families. The week is quieter. The surroundings of the hotel are very clean and beautiful, ideal to disconnect from the noise of the city.

The bathroom door had a lot of mold on the inside. In general, the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. This is the only negative thing about my stay.

Room is cleaning. Location is good. Near with beach. All staff are friendly. Easy deal with them.

Breakfast menu too simple. Pay Rm18 for that served are too much

The hotel is close to the sea, within walking distance to the beach. Adult pool and kids pool are separated.

The sound insulation of the room is not good, and the surrounding sounds can be heard clearly. Turning over while sleeping, the bed keeps making noises. The washbasin and bed sheets were not clean with blood stains.

The location is the no 1 reason. It’s right next to a beautiful beach that is not as well known as other popular beaches in PD, thus not as crowded. Pool available and the amenities provided are complete (i.e. towels, coffee, bottles of water, toothbrushes)

The cleanliness can be improved and the hotel can use a facelift. The rooms look tired and weathered. Disappointed that they did not provide buffet breakfast during weekdays, only ala carte. We were looking forward to that, something to consider.

The place is nearby to the beach. Walking distance and they had a nice pool. Enjoy the stay. Spacious room.

The noise from nearby hotel or villa at 2am to 4am. Try to call receptionist but no answer. Couldn't sleep because of the loud music. Perhaps in the future the management can figure out this problem. Make a police report if it is does disturb others (noise). We pay for the stay and we do hope a nice and peace stay and not a noisy sound at night. Hope can improve in the future.

Beautiful resort at the beach. I arrived late, because my flight was delayed. Very nice welcoming and I get a upgrade for the room. This room was beautiful, very clean and with a great view. A big difference Staff is very friendly. Pool and area is very clean and awesome. Breakfast is nice and authentic. A very nice and authentic stay in a beautiful environment. The story is not about perfect light in the room or newest exquisite furniture. The story is about the whole feeling and unique ambient. Everytime again. Thank you so much.

No motorbike rental nearby.

The beach are clean and clear. The location also near the beach, free from city sound (car/motorcycle/lorry) . The room also comfortable. The view are nice. The pool also nice. Parking also got a lot, from the facility and roadside.

Everything are good tbh,, maybe some issue like dog sound at the night ( but it's not that bad, just i prefer no dog barking at all.)

Hotel is right in front of the beach and the beach is long enough for morning and evening walks. Further more the beach was not crowded. Breakfast was good.

Nothing really. Good enough for the price even though it was a bit high for school holiday.

Satisfied with the atmosphere, I get a super clean room, toilet n balcony. Prying mat also provided by the hotel. Maybe it needs to put sticker for kiblat directions. The pool also is clean and not really packed in the morning. The best part is the distance and view of the beach

Need to improve the breakfast menu and test. It's a bit average. Overall I'm quite satisfied
