The view from the room was very nice and it was clean with all the necessary amenities.

There was a huge group of people who were there for a team building programme. Hundreds of them! There were no tables to sit and no food during the breakfast. There was a very very long queue to take food. Those people didn’t get up even after they had finished eating. No one replenished the food that had finished. We had to asked the kitchen staff to replenish, only then it was done. There should have been a different buffet line for paying guests like us. It wasn’t fair to people like us. The teambuilding people kept finishing the food and we waited for hours to get the food or coffee or omelets! Terrible experience during breakfast! These participants were there and they didn’t pay out of their pockets. It was unfair to those of us who paid for our rooms and breakfast.

The room size, cleanliness, and the view from the room is considered good.

The breakfast spread is quite pathetic, the management seems to not able to foresee the need to prepare for the number of guests that it should cater for. We arrived at 7.15am at the breakfast hall and it seems like semi refugee camp situation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely come again!

The room is so big, breakfast got so many food, my fav is their apple pie!

You need to wear swimming suit for their swimming pool 😐

The main building where the rooms are located is comparable to a city hotel, however the rest of the buildings by the pool/restaurant have beautiful views and a sort of colonial feeling with high ceilings and nice set up. It is nice to hang by the pool at sunset. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant buffet was alright.

The hotel is a bit far out. No eateries, shops or life around. You need to have a car or take a grab to go out which could be an inconvenience for some. The beach is a little walk away but not that great.

The front desk officer & the bell boy are were very friendly. We were upgraded to Sea View room upon arrival. Even though it is an old room, but it’s very clean. Breakfast was good, no flies whatsoever.

I told the security guard if he could reserve a parking spot for me as I went out for dinner. The guard said he’s not able to do that. However, I can see some of the folks reserve a carpark.

The drinks at the bar could be made better and staffs can be more vibrant and friendly. The tap in the shower came off while showering, can be fixed.

I loved the view and environment of the hotels. A good place to have a relaxation mood. There is lots of entertainment in the hotels. The beach is also very close to the hotels.

Please upgrade your breakfast menu. Add some menus that suit the price. The TV remote is not functional, it says it has astro but just normal TV with minimal channel.
