This hotel certainly does not skimp on the free WiFi for guests, the speed was blazing fast! Filtered water (hot or cold) is also available at no additional charge, available through dispensers at each floor. The place is also considerably near to the city center.

The hotel is next to a lounge, so there might be some music from next door during the night which may disturb your sleep. Water pressure from the showers is also inconsistent, though this does not mean there was a supply disruption. Parking is free, but the spaces directly in front of the hotel is limited.

I like that the lounge area is also a place where you can do karaoke and do a bit of workout (such as having a punching bag at the corner). Not only that, but it can also be turned into a mini hall for any small-scale event.

The water from the shower was cold. But because it's powered by solar energy, I guess it wasn't able to heat up the water like an electric water heater could because of the weather during my stay here.

I had an early flight to Sandakan and headed straight to the hotel. I've requested for an early check-in (between 9am-10am). The hotel was very accommodating to allow an early check-in so I can refresh myself before going for my appointment. I don't usually take breakfast because all I need to start my day is a cup of hot coffee. Glad to see that there's a coffee & tea facility at the lounge so I can have my coffee the way I like it, even if it's instant coffee.

There's a drinking place next to the hotel. I guess there's nothing much the hotel owner can do about the noise because they're sharing the same building. It only bothers me in the beginning but after falling asleep, it didn't even wake me up until my alarm goes off the next morning.

A minibar inside the room, not many small hotel provide this. They gave us a Check In kit consist of - room key, aircon remote and coffee sachets. Just return the check in kit upon check out and they will refund your deposit. The hotel provides a microwave at the mini pantry (they call it facilities area / common area) at Level 1 which is very convenient especially for family, group of friends and long stay guest. Hot & Cold water is also provided there. Coffee & Tea is free flow. The hotel also provides bottles in the room so we can refill our filtered water unlimited. If you are a traveler, you may want to fill up your own water bottle before you leave for your next destination. The door is locked at night for safety purposes - Definitely will come back again. Feel safe and feels like home.

The room is spacious and bed is super comfortable. Didn't expect this small hotel has an elevator, you don't have to follow the staircase after long day at work. Staff is super friendly, check-in & check-out was smooth. They also very informative on where to get around, even offered a tour package which i look forward to go in the future. Came here for work but didn't expect i found this good hotel which is totally value for money. All in all, i got no complaint at all. Keep up the good work!
