Location is great for a one-night stay before catching your flight - airport is 8 munites away. The hotel upgraded my room for free, which was very nice of them. It's located next to lots of food options and there's an Instar supermarket across the road.

A little issue was small ants in the room, not sure if that's because of the surrounding nature or something else.

It's really good value for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's a bit run down, and could do with a freshen up. The reception looks like a local minicab office, but the room was fine.

Excellent location between Sepilok and Sandakan and very close to the airport. The hotel offers a complementary airport-hotel-airport transfer service. Staff is very helpful and nice. Good restaurants close to the hotel.

It is closed to the mosque and those who have a light sleep may be disturbed.

There is no breakfast,they only gave us 2 packets of coffee plus 2 mineral bottles.. The location is good, there are so many restaurants in that area..

The hotel location is good, kind of in the middle of the townships/commercial areas. The area was quiet during the weekend so no traffic noises. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and is more spacious than most similar hotels. The WiFi worked well, we were on the first floor. Aircon was cold and worked well. There was some issues at check-in related to our room requests, since it was already late and the hotel was full, we did not have a choice, however the matter was satisfactorily resolved the next day. I appreciate that the staff were very kind and efficient in handling our request to transfer the room. Thank you.

Minor observations - the lobby isn't fully spruced up yet, it would make a big difference if the large empty aquarium is activated again. The wallpaper in one of the rooms needed touching up. Maybe it was a busy weekend, we would have liked to extend our checkout a few hours later but they weren't able to accommodate unless with half-day charges.

The superior room we booked was huge, we didn’t expect it. It was suitable for my 1 year old baby roaming around. Location also strategic as it is surround with food stall. Will booked again next time in Sandakan for sure 👍🏻

Clean comfortable stay, large room, quiet area. Close to airport and a handful of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

It is quite noisy inside the room. Could be improved by sound proofing the room. Change the mattress as it looks old
