The staffs were great. The moment you call for anything in just around 5 minutes they were in front of your door. The front desk staff can actually send the luggage carrier to my room. Super efficient staff can cover all tasks.

The breakfast should be changed alternately because I stay 6 days the same menu.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night in Sandakan. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast tipically asian. Great position to visit Sandakan and surroundings. Many choices of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Had a good massage in the massage center in the hall as well, suggested!

Location very strategic.8min drive to airport.17min drive to sepilok orang utan santctuary. And a lot of resturants, shop nearby. Love the soft pillow..comfortable bed. Nice size of bathroom n room.

Amenities can be improve. Hot water not really available. You have to wait long time. Reception staff not so friendly and not very welcoming. Probably can improve better if there is communication beforehand on breakfast time etc. But probably they thought i was a local person.thats why. Breakfast selection can be improve

There are very few nice options in Sandakan other than eco-resorts that are outside the city. Sandakan is a nice, safe, quiet town with good food. It's easy to get around with Grab (Uber). The Pavilion Hotel was exactly what we needed. It was very comfortable with hot water, great beds and air conditioning that worked. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is also very close to the airport.

Location at Batu 7, Sandakan. Prime area with variety eateries surrounding. My room has a bathtub which allows me having self pampering after an exhausted day. The breakfast is simple & not many choices but quite so good too. I had enjoyed my massage at the spa in the hotel.

Although the hotel was undergoing some refurbishment in the reception and restaurant areas, the staff made us very welcome and did their best to accommodate our needs.

In order to get the wifi we had to change floors. Limited breakfast options may have been due to moving the breakfast area to the upper floor conference suite.

Great location in sandakan for a base to visit sepilok for the sun bears and orangutans. The breakfast included was nice and we ate at the restaurant on an evening too. This offered affordable and delicious food options.

The friendly staff let us upgrade room and check out late free of charge. The room was spacious and clean enough. The location is quite good with the nearby Dozo restaurant serving good food.

The hotel breakfast was awful. We only stayed one night, but probably wouldn't have gone for a second breakfast the next day.

In my room 612, I was experience bad smell (Smoking). I hope hotel can provide fragrance spray to reduce odour. In addition, hotel management maybe could provide mini aisbox in room hotel. tq

The inhouse spa was nice and affordable. The location was near the airport with interesting food and shops nearby

The breakfast was a little disappointing if you are not into Asian breakfasts. The place could do with a little painting and other upkeep on the appartment floors
