I stayed at this hotel on two seperate occasions. The first time the room was very cramped but the second stay was a much better room. I appreciated the clean and well organized bathroom and the close proximity to the shopping mall and the many restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. Very good.

The shower water was not contained and soaked the entire floor of the bathroom, so going back in there after showering, perhaps to use the basin or toilet meant getting wet feet. If a shower screen is impractical, perhaps a mop would be a useful addition so guests can push water back into the shower drain hole.

This is perfect for a transit stop. It’s near the airport, it has many restaurants around it and a night market over the road where you can get really cheap food. The gentleman at reception was super friendly. I stayed here two nights, each was a one night stay to and from Borneo.. on the second night, he realized I’ve been before an upgraded me to a deluxe room, which was much better. The standard rooms have no window so I recommend staying in the deluxe room as the prices are really good. There are Malaysian and Thai restaurants all around and a big night market where you can get some delicious food very cheaply.. if you need a transit stop then this is definitely the place you want to stay!

Tye rooms is clean but only need Improve the floor a bit slippery maybe they use too much of floor detergent makes its sticky our feet after back from bathroom. The smell of smoking cigarettes from outside room. Need to improve into thia 2 matters. The rest ia ok. The staft is friendly.

I was more than happy with the attitude & willingness to help of the receptionist. I lost my room card in the dark after I took it out of the slot while there. The receptionist helped me find it promptly. She helped me with another unexpected issue but I can't remember right now what that was.

I didn't realize for several hours how to operate the air conditioning unit. (I turned on the wall switch, but nothing happened, just a beep, until I engaged the remote control. The bedside light switch didn't work. I didn't stay long enough to need breakfast. I couldn't get a dial tone on the room phone. There was no window & hence no view but I was expecting that from info received beforehand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at the S8 Boutique Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly lovely, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, with a plethora of excellent restaurants just a short walk away, offering a variety of delicious dining options. The combination of exceptional service and prime location makes the S8 Boutique Hotel a top choice. Highly recommended!

The room was nice- curtains were able to block the large windows, it was quiet, bathroom and room had basics. There was even instant coffee for us. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful everytime we passed through! Unique shape of the hotel, in a unique area. There are plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. A pop up market was set up in one of the parking lots after sunset. Quick and cheap taxi/Uber rider to and from the airport.

The staff was very welcoming, kind and friendly. I truly have nothing " bad " to say about them 🙂 This hotel is also located close to everything you need basically ( mall, eatery, supermarket etc) it's only 10 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offer transfer for less than 10$ ( one way ) The water in the bathroom was hot enough and the wifi works very well

It's just a little thing but the size of the single room is a but too small if you stay more than a night but it worth its price.

I was only supposed to stay for one night but I missed my plane the staff and management were excellent when I returned they upgraded my room so i would be more comfortable and were very understanding on my unpredictable plans. Service was above and beyond. At both the hotel and surrounding resturants.

They organised my trips to the airport and back really well. It was near a night market and a variety of restaurants. Great for a late arrival. Really helpful staff. Very affordable and safe-feeling.

The hotel was a little further from the airport than I thought. The room for a single person was very cramped with not much room for luggage. The wi fi didn't work in my room but it did in the cafe / reception area.

The location was great - close to the airport as we arrived very early in the morning on our flight, lots of close food options available, a mall, and also mitsui shopping outlets close by which are well worth it. Hot tip - these outlets actually have free shuttles to and from Kuala Lumpur airport so if you have a bit of a layover at KUL this is an option for you to use some time. Great location for grab services into KLCC also. The reception staff were great also helping with tips about Kuala Lumpur. The bed was also so so comfortable, the area was quiet and we had such a great sleep in the room!
