Abundant free parking just in front of the hotel. There is a nice convenient store right next to the hotel reception. Pleasant and well trained staff at front desk. Free filtered hot/cold water on every floor.

There is a strange unpleasant smell coming from the toilet/bathroom. The toilet also keeps making a weird noise constantly even after the tank is filled up, we had to manually turn off the water inlet tap to make it quiet. On the second night, the aircond malfunctioned and it was hot in the room. I wish there is a minibar fridge in the room.

The kind of hotel that I prefer. It's conveniently small and fit necessary things like kettle, hair dryer, air cond, tv, functioning water heater, comfy bed and pillow and slipper in the washroom. I have no complain. There's also mini store on the ground floor. Definitely worth the RM. I do want to return and recommend the place so please maintain it. So glad I made the choice of staying here.

This is just a heads up. This type of hotel is suitable if your intention of staying is for short stay (not staying too long in the room sleep, resting and shower). As the room is conveniently small and only fit the necessity it may not be preferred by all. Sound insulation is alright but can hear footsteps outside the corridor.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, bathroom no water blockage, no musty or weird smell in the room. Have water dispenser outside the room. Good location of the hotel, nearby have diner, bistro at the other block, but I don't hear loud music from the hotel room. Can purchase necessary items at the hotel lobby. Parking is free and safe, no need parking coupon. Price worthy for me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Inn, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities are good quality toiletries and it's Wi-Fi is reliable.

There's nothing negative to write about our stay at Comfort Inn. Everything exceeds our expectation. Hope they can maintain their standard all the time. Good job Comfort Inn.

The room was comfort. Provided with electric kettle but no spoon provided. The wifi line is reasonablely good

The room at level 3, no lift. The lift only up to level 2. And no 3in1 coffee provided. A bit difficult to access to restaurants. Have to take grab or maxim to go to City center

All item, facilities are clean.

Make sure,before customer check in..must update all item at room like mineral water,tissue paper.. because not all customer want to ask at counter.. that's including payment..

Its clean and comfortable, free hot/ cold water dispenser at the hallway. Parking area in front of the hotel convenient for traveller with own transport.

The bathroom door requires key to open it from outside, but the staff allows you to keep the key during the stay.

The wifi worked well, there was hot water in the shower, and you could park right out front.

The window had a concrete wall built onto it. It let in light only at the top. Oh and the elevator only went up to the second floor but we were on the third. Weird.

I have stayed in this accommodation in my multiple visits. What makes me come and stay at this place frequently, 1. The staffs are friendly., 2. Although room can be too small for some people, They're clean and quite comfortable.

New hotel. Super clean. Walking distance to intercity bus terminal. Quiet & safe place. A lot of free parking. My room has fridge, flat TV, hair dryer, electric kettle & 2 cups. Welcoming mineral water. Free 3 in 1 Indocafee at the counter. Has mini grocery at lobby. Good staff.

No public bus to city center but that is ok. I can always use Maxim to city center for RM6.00
