Very clean, spacious, everything is individually packed and brand new, value for its price. Even the bathroom amenities are arranged in a triangle shape. Love the attention to details! Hot water is very hot. I love it! Location very strategic to food and shopping area.

Not very professional staff attitude - one played games on the phone and the one serving me was very unfriendly, did not say much, not even thank you.

Warm greeting from the staff and a nice environment for me which far from city. Easy to buy things and have a drink since it near to the shops and even shopping mall, just need walk for few steps. The room's hygiene was clean and facilities are new since it was new hotel.

Car parking space should add more around the hotel so it could be more safe for people who are self-driving.

The hotel is very near with Star Mega Mall and lots of shop lots. It is 5-10mins drive to main town Sibu. The front staff was very friendly. The checkin very fast. No need deposit. The room is spacious and very minimalist designs. They provide hair dryer, water kettle, water bottles, Nescafe, spoon(inside plastic) , papercups(seal with plastic) , tissue in plastic, face towels, bath towels, slippers. Bathroom is spacious. Water pressure is strong. We stay level 2 Lift provided. Parking easy during weekdays. Weekends abit pack. Security guard all time at the hotel entrance. Safety to guests

No iron & iron board provided. Need to request. No safety box & mini fridge. Need to go receptionist to request with fee. Toilet not really clean. And during shower the water unable to drain properly. Hence mini “pool” We able to hear next room and the hallways. However it is still fine for us ☺️

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, sanitary bag, comb, tissue, face towel, slippers, 3-in-1 drinks (Nescafe), bottled drinking water, a spoon, and single-use cups. These little touches made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. Each room also has a hair dryer, which was convenient. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. I also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, De Chef, and was impressed with the quality of the food. The dishes were delicious, and I particularly recommend trying the Hawaiian pizza—it was a standout! The hotel’s location is also a plus, conveniently close to a nearby mall with a laundromat. They offer free parking, and a Coway water dispenser is available on the ground floor, which was very handy.

One minor inconvenience was that the iron is located on Level M rather than in each room. Also, the TV signal can be disrupted during rainy weather, which affects the channel availability.

From booking through booking.com, calling for confirmation to the hotel, check in, room itself, the location, all are awesome.. initially booked for 2 nights, then need to extend another night due to work purposes. So total 4 days 3 nights there.. same room, the staff was so helpful.

The shower floor in room 212.. I think the hotel needs to fix the floor 😅 the drainage wasn't clogged, but the water need to be wipe to it. Oh dear. I don't know how to describe it. 😅😅😅 Other, no wardrobe to put clothes.

The room with affordable price. Without breakfast provided it's fine. The speed of cleaning is beyond expectation. I didn't expect the room to be done before noon. I love the shower cap. In advance to be improve is maybe can invest in the shower gel tank so that it's easier to pump and refill.

The tv has not much channel to choose. There's a short hair which need to be thrown away but it's still there and end up I help to throw it away. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Make sure really clean.

1. Next to the hotel is the shopping mall and food court, which is very convenient! 2. Giving two mineral water, slippers, towels, bath sets, even toothbrush set, hair dryer. very complete! 3. Clean and Comfortable

1. It shows RM80+, but when the final paying page is RM90+!!! 2. Expensive. This is the only reason why i give 9 points. 3. Can hear the foot steps and everything outside my room, but the noise not too Loud, acceptable and no problem to me.

The facilities provided are great.Spacious room for a twin bed. The receptionist staff & housekeeping staff were very accommodating. A small cabinet to hang clothes would definitely be great especially those who plan to stay for a longer period.

During our stay, we noticed the housekeeping staff dragging baskets loaded with towels & bedsheets. Dear management, please consider buying trolleys for the housekeeping staff. In the long haul, it'll be beneficial for your staff welfare and safety at work. More efficient for them to load & unload, without dragging across the hallway. Thank you.

The location next to Star Mega Mall and surrounding areas. The rooms were clean and facilities were up to date. Shower pressure and temperature was superb. The bed was very comfortable and amenities were appropriate.

We booked for double and triple rooms but were only given 1 room key. For additional key, we had to pay extra RM3. This is not right as we booked for doubles and triple, and we all had different itinerary so 1 key does not work. Please look into allocating keys for the number of persons booked. Other than this, everything was great. We will be back. Thank you.

There is no breakfast provided by the hotel but eateries are around the corner. The location is 25 minutes away from town center. There is a big mall 5 mins walk from the hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. The location is convenient to catch a grab to anywhere.

The late check in time. I arrived early and have to wait for 1hr 30 mins before I can check into the room.
