All the basic necessities you need during a trip are provided: hair dryer, toiletries, enough power sockets for charging gadgets, comfy beds. I love they had extra pillows available in the cabinet (in case needed), and yes I need extra pillows to sleep. Easy to get food because lots of eateries and shops in the vicinity.

Finding parking space is a nightmare. You might need to park a bit further, if you don't mind walking. But might not be convenient if you children or lots of bags to carry with you. Towels provided were bit old (threads coming loose). Writing desk a bit cramped/small, just big enough to.place my laptop.

The location of this hotel is good. It can be said that it has everything. It is very busy and a good hotel. It is highly recommended.

I would like to give you a suggestion, it would be better to install a refrigerator in the room, because there may be needs from other customers; I hope there will be changes when I come back next time. There are still some improvements that need to be made. The towels may need more attention and are a bit dirty.

Location is very good with pub and eateries nearby

The room looked a bit old and needed a good clean up. Towels were old too. Armchair was dirty (the staff did change the chair in the end). Noisy air con and noisy toilet exhaust fan. I think maintenance of the room and indeed the hotel in general need upgrading.

The location. Although it was not in the city center but it was close to it, 10 minutes drive, and it has very good eateries under the hotel building. Everyday we’ve had the chance to eat from different places.

The view of the room was just a car park and the amenities of the hotel is just at the standard. Coffee was instant.

Room is tidy & complete with amenities. Elevator access directly in front of lobby. Hotel is directly accessible to commercial center behind the hotel.

Unbeknownst to us, the hotel is directly attached to a commercial center, which means parking can be a hassle.

Quiet location with earteries within the same complex. Room is clean with standard facilites.

The cloth hanging rack should be relocated to another location from its present location that was above the countertop that housed the kettle

1. Channel at the television is quite disappointed. Just 1 to 2 channel available. 2. The staff need to be more friendly. 3. The corridor need to do improvement on cleanliness. 4. Wifi is not able to connect. 5. Need to do space for the check in customer to parking..as the parking space is too crowded & limited.

A very convenient place with lots of restaurants around.

No filtered water for refilling. Room air-conditioning too noisy.
