4D3N stay. Great location to eateries n bus terminal. Clean room, although there were much ants upon check in n we have to call house keeping to rid of them. Fast response from staffs. Request for extra towels were given. Great service.

Requested for high floor but were given 2nd floor. Perhaps it's due to high volume of bookings. Didn't ask, so it's a mystery, haha..

The staff is really good and efficient.. Check in and check out process is fast. The room is spacious & beautiful. All the basic needs like towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee tea facilities, safe box and room slippers were provided. The hotel also near to the place to eat, and shopping places. Family mart, laundry bar and place to eat no need to be worry. The breakfast in hotel was served with alot of choices of dish. I love the hotel area because quite and very peaceful. A nice place to relax and rest.

The room and wall are not cleaned properly. Alot of dust at the wire, cables, tv, wall mount bed, and mirror not so clean. This part need to be improved. The carpet in the room need to vacuumed.

very interesting place. suitable for families. facing the playground. if you are bored, you can have fun there. The hotel is classic and quiet. all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Big and clean room. the toilet is also big. bed in a comfortable and clean condition.

there is only one thing missing, which is the place to iron clothes which is only on the 2nd and 4th floor. sometimes it feels a bit inconvenient. and there are also hotel staff who barge into the room even though they have hung a do not disturb sign in front of the room door. I hope it can be fixed.

Breakfast was good, the room clean and comfortable. Front office indian guy with spec was polite and courteous.

I would like to emphasise on service. When you you talk to a guest, there should be eye contact, a lady staff (tall malay lady) was not very happy when i ask can we check in early. She just say out loud" pukul 3pm without looking. I was not satisfied but keep my cool.. Hotel was good but first impression by front office staff is disappointing.

The location and beautiful design and furniture

Unfortunately, like many hotels in Malaysia. The building and initial furniture and design are beautiful, but maintenance is totally forgotten/ignored. For instance Century Pine is absolutely beautifully designed and furnished, but you go to barthhroom, the cement grouting is pathetic, some moulds on the ceiling, drops of paints on the barthtub. It seems no supervision. These small things dilute the beauty of the hotel and excellent design, Unfortunately.

the room deco and view from the balcony was nice. i get to see the fireworks at night during independence day. the room also a bit spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. i was really satisfied.

The location was very nice. Located in Tanah Rata where it is not traffic heavy. There are a lot of shops in walking distance like restaurants, banks, souvenir shops, and convenience stores. Very spacious parking space and breakfast menu changes everyday. Room service comes everyday if you need them. There is also a park where you can walk around in front of the hotel. A mosque is also located nearby.

Not much to dislike. But the room we got had a broken fan switch. It can only go to 3 or 0. We cannot slow down the fan and the room was very chilly. But it did not bother us much.

We went to Cameron Highlands to celebrate my birthday during the weekdays (Tuesday till Thursday) to avoid crowds. As expected, parking space was plenty and provided at no additional cost. Reception was good and the staffs gave me clear instructions regarding our room and breakfast time. I was happy to be given a room situated on the last corner side of the hallway as we need some privacy (my son is 8 months old and can be a little bit cranky especially at night), so not to disturb our neighbors. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean enough. There was a ceiling fan but we rarely used it since the weather was not too hot. Breakfast was delicious with much varieties (we stayed for 2 nights and the menus were slight different on the next day). Location wise, this resort situated in the middle of Tanah Rata, which is the main town of Cameron Highlands. Plenty of restaurants can be easily accessible by foot, or you can take a short drive to many interesting places nearby. Overall, this resort meets my expectations.

I am not sure the norm here in Cameron Highlands but the amount of deposit they asked was a bit higher than expected which was RM200, whereas other places in Peninsular Malaysia in general will ask for a deposit around RM50 - RM100. As for bathroom, hot shower can be used if you switch the hot shower icon and had to wait for 30 mins, which can be frustrating if you want to take your shower in a hurry (unless you does not mind taking cold shower).

Near town..just walk

upon check-in......I've booked 2 units pines rooms, 1st they inform me the 4th floor but changed to 2nd-floor (room facing one another) reason the room is not ready I went to the room, but I'm not satisfied with it (try to change back to the 4th floor (room side to side)...the front office told me....already occupied....they should inform me that I've to wait about 5 min...I don't mind. They give me other rooms also 2nd floor (connecting)...then ok. Things regret is I've booked this property.....not a walk-in traveler....pls don't do this again... ruined the holiday mood because I'm driving for long hours...suddenly this happen.
