The breakfast serve in Zenith Suite, not exactly same with the description on website (I check from website before booking & it state that breakfast serve in Zenith Hotel.) Quite disappointed because the Breakfast is in Plant Base (vegetarian), & lack of choice, but price per adult is RM58 same as Zenith Hotel. The room description state that room have air-condition, but when we book for family suite with 3 rooms, there are only 1 master bed room have air-condition.

Add more food choices, have to take in to consideration that not all the guests can able to accept full vegetarian.

It’s good and easily accessible to everything nearby

The property is not having process while checking out, i called up the front desk and asked them to check my room while checking out. No one visited and once we came down and asked the reception to check the room they said all ok. Once i left the property and at the evening i am getting the what’s app message from property that, one chair is missing, i was surprised to hear, they are having any common sense?? How can a guest can take a chair with them??? When i asked them to apply their mind, then they replied no sir it’s there, this type of HK staff are there, they are not at all trained, proper training is required and if this type of attitude goes on then someone will file a suit against them in court for mental harassment.

Modern studio: The suite felt brand-new and was very clean. The layout was generous, featuring a balcony and kitchenette, which gave us a self-contained and comfortable space to unwind. Helpful staff and smooth check‑in: Communication was clear and check-in was straightforward. The front desk was helpful throughout our stay. Easy parking.

No kitchen knives provided: The complete absence of knives in the kitchenette was very disappointing. It suggests a lack of consideration for Western guests who expect to be able to prepare basic meals. Weak Wi-Fi: The internet connection was unstable and too slow for reliable use—especially frustrating when trying to plan activities or stay in touch. The room was clean and spacious with most amenities provided. The place is naturally cold if you just open the windows. With the 2 super single beds joined together, it is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It is super comfy. There is even a rice cooker provided if you need to cook.

The electric appliances seems new but the only issue was with the electric kettle, inside was rusty and unusable. When we wanted to phone the housekeeping, we realised that the telephone was plugged out and we were not able to connect it back to the lan point. We could not find the wifi network to connect to as well.

I had an amazing experience staying at Zenith Suites in Cameron Highlands. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious, with a stunning view of the surrounding hills. Location is in the middle of Tanah Rata but most attractions are in Brinchang. No complain as the place is accesible and near to main road. Easy parking, spacious room, efficient lift, stroller friendly,new building, sufficient amenities except no cutlery.

1.Front desk officer, SUE. -please send her to any training/course. Checked in for wrong person even though i already gave my IC. -during check in,asking if i can check in early, i mentioned i booked from booking.com, without checking with housekeeping, immediately said no rooms available. -she gave me the room key. I asked her about breakfast slip or anything, she answered with annoying intonation saying my room didn't include breakfast. Again, she didn't even bother to check the system. She didn't apologise when i showed her the proof from booking.com and still delusion. The other FO, did help. 2. Breakfast buffet spread is moderate. I would not take breakfast for my next booking. 3. Toilet door needs WD-40 i think.

When I lost one key card for my room, I was charged RM50. Which seems ridiculous. No way would a new card cost RM50.

I really enjoy staying in these suites. They're not crowded at all since the building is still new. The location is strategic, with restaurants and banks nearby, all within walking distance. The views are amazing, overlooking the hills, and the weather is pleasantly cool. I believe this is the only hotel and suite that offers air conditioning in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and come with kitchen amenities, like a refrigerator, and there’s a balcony as well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cameron Highlands, and I will definitely stay here again.
