The adjacent room for family is great, clean and very nice town and sunset view, staff was very helpful and polite. The fact that this hotel is located very near to Holy Trinity Catholic Church is a double bonus, it saves us the transport hustle of attending the Church wedding and receptions later on at this hotel.

the shower area and tap was a bit rusted but overll the cleanliness can be improved more

Bed is comfy as pre-requested. it was a king-sized bed that provided ample space for me doing my work while relaxing on it and to sleep comfortably. The mattress was firm yet soft, The bedding was clean and fresh, which added to our overall comfort.

However, the hotel is badly managed with poor maintenance. The carpet in the rooms and outside the rooms are smells, the walk ways are not cleaned properly.

We really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Local foods, oriental & English breakfast are all available to choose from. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice hot shower. The location is just nice, many shops available near by or u can take e-hailing to town

Sound proofing was not that good. We can hear clearly people talking from the next room..also the traffic passing by even though we were at Level 10.

Clean. Friendly staff. Hairdryer check. Electric kettle check. Drinking bottled water check. Soap etc check. Good water pressure n heater check. Bedding, pillows r clean n comfy. Staff at Cafe 7 very good. Some food also quite good.

Just presentation. Cracked mirror in bathroom. No tea sachets. TV programs wasn't all clear. Burnt holes on carpet. Ac temp can't b controlled. Went for massage at spa. Very disappointing. Masseuse were talking to each other most of the time. It was more oiling than proper massaging . Place smells of cigarette.

Gym equipment need to be maintainance

I love the spacious room and friendly staff. Surely stay there for the next trip.

I highly recommend the iron board that needs to have proper cover, and new iron. I don't feel safe using the iron due to its wire.

- Some of old facilities. - Small bathroom. - The connecting Eastern Plaza Mall is out of expectation.

hope the hotel management can make a new TV exchange. if there is a TV but the user of the room cannot use it, there is no need to have a TV in the room. therefore I hope the management can fix this problem

The bed - very comfortable

Bathroom - it could be better if the sink is been check before the guest arrival to the room. Need to be improve in terms of the cleanliness and the blockage.

Big room size & good location. Easy to find. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

Car parking is quite scary because there is no guard and it is dark (if parking at the mall).
