Staff is really friendly..shift afternoon maybe..coz we're arrive tawau around 10.30pm 5 star for da staff...

Morning staff call me at 1030 am to acknowledge me need to check out b4 12.30 noon B4 check in i tell them i want late check out..so they give me 30 minute late..i understand some people they were stupid..i just don't understand 12.30 my check out time and call me at 10.30am to remind me..🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️ Work smart please

Staff was friendly and helpful from the hotel. They will try to accommodate your request when there is a need.

Toilet cleanliness can be improved. The toilet is a little old. The Toilet bowl can be little more clean and water system in toilet is not working too well after all. Water stuck on the floor a little after use and we need to get extra floor mat to clean it. Ok. For the bed, bed sheet has little black stains though not very obvious but can be improved better.

I recently had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven nearby and the abundance of restaurants in the area. Spacious room and we had good night sleep. Many restaurants around and 7eleven nearby.

Old Hotel so old facilities. Had to ask the housekeeping to clean the toilet again but still no improvement. Therefore, please lower your expectation when booking the room here. Only paid parking around the hotel therefore first come first served.

There is no sheer curtain therefore I couldn’t slide open the black-out curtain to let natural lights in, plus the room can be seen from building in front if I open the curtain as the window is not tinted dark. Therefore I had to close the curtain all the time.

very clean room and spacious.. i like the water pressures there..the air conditioning is good too.. the place near restaurant, self laundry and convenience store.. very recommended, worth the money.. my 2nd time staying there.. the staff wass good and very helpful.. muslim friendly

actually just suggestion, if they can upgrade the furniture specially in bathroom, existing looks a bit old. Other that than all okay and I'm enjoying my stay there :)

Nice clean room with big bathroom. People on reception were friendly.

No window in the room and a bit expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed.

The staff are friendly & helpful. Bed is comfy and clean.

No hairdryer in the room. For those who drive, need to try your luck to find parking especially at night.
