-staff were nice, called to confirm my booking a day before check in. Got some miscomm at first, as I already paid for 4 rooms on the same floor. But staff resolve it quickly. -Strong water pressure -cooling aircond -just above the KFC, nice! -below got guardian & watson, easy for me to buy things I need pronto. -Saturday nights got pasar malam in front of the hotel. Like 'uptown' style. -has iron in room -has kettle, easy to make hot drinks/eat maggi.

-no breakfast provided -hanger is undetachable style -not enough place to hang clothes/towel, only inside the cupboard. If towel is damp, keep inside cupboard, will be smelly and not really dry. -for twin room a bit small, not really ample space to solat -for king room, position of the bed is not great. If door open can see bed already. Not nice, no privacy. Maybe because of the room layout/size. But still it can be rearrange.

During the check in, the staff tooks almost 30minute to check in. And before that, i have to wait almost 15minute for the staff to check in another customer before this. Should be easy and faster when using the system. No need to do 5 times the same procedure. ( i hv booked 5 rooms). I mean, i hv to swipe my card, signature each for 5 rooms. Why not only once if the it is the same booking? Btw, everything is good.

The location. KFC is just on the ground floor & Watson/Guardian is just next door. Many eateries nearby.
