Worth the money paid. Ample space in the room despite its 2 star hotel tittle, unlike others budget hotel. The staffs are very efficient, I’d lodged complaint about the light bulb in toilet cannot function, the staff immediately take action to fix it. Got TV, and multiple tables to put stuff on. Easy check in and check out process. Got water dispenser.

Fridge not provided. Mattress itchy. Claim to provide toilettries, however only dental kit, and soap provided, no shampoo. Dust at the bedframe area. Hotel should take note of the dust, some ppl are allergic to dust, like me, i dont have a good sleep due to dust.

spacious room with 2 queen beds. towels, mattress & the bed are very comfort. have a window view. got nice aircond & good clean ceiling fan. wifi is very fast speed. nice tv channel no lagging. water shower is so comfortable. enough space for solat jemaah 5 person. very good & many parking space. the taukey is very well-coming. got laundry & dryer machine rm15 each. provide much enough water bottles.

no extra door security except the knob. day operation no person in front desk, full-cctv-surveillance i guess. cant say good bye to the very friendly taukey haha..!

Easy access to town, eateries. Very clean, comfy budget stay. Available: ironing, coway water filter, air purifier at common area at 1st floor. Don't forget to pay the parking every morning via Tgo apps or local council apps.😉

Just a detailed cleaning at the bedframe area, slightly dusty. Otherwise, room was clean and beds were comfy.

The room which we stayed in was super clean and provided basic essentials. The hotel still have the small pillows just like in their picture. The room has a ceiling and also aircond so we can choose. The front desk staff was very informative. There were more tv channels compared to other hotels, and it was very clear. The hotel also has laundry facilities.

None, so far up to my expectation.

1. Hope staff provide hair - dryer. 2. Water heater not function well. If strong water, it is not so hot. Still acceptable for me, but my friends need hot water 🙂 3. The plug's location not so good, 1 beside table (table beside bed, accepted), but another 1 is opposite of bed (beside television), that means I need stand in front of air conditioning to use my phone which is charging....

THE STAFF WAS REALLY HELPFUL TO SHOW US NEAREST PLACE TO EAT AND TO VISIT.THE FACILITIES WAS GOOD TOO. THE COWAY MACHINES SECURES THE WATER SUPPLY FOR HOT AND COLD DRINKS.ITS A DEFINATE PLACE FOR TRAVELLING IN TELUK INTAN.

The bed was comfortable. There was hot water. The bath was big and spacious.

The toilet bowl was a tiny bit dirty. But I cleaned it up. Housekeeping should make sure it's cleaned well.

- The room is spacious for 2 double bed and 1 single bed (family room). - I love how the shower and sink are separated from the toilet. - I like that there options to use either AC or the fan. - Variety of TV channels to be chosen from. - More than 1 table in the room to put our stuffs.

- Needing additional or extra wardrobe space to hang clothes for family room since there will be many occupants for that room. - Need to have separate light switches since people might want to turn on the light on one part of the room and turn it off for the other part.

The bed is so comfortable, when I woke very have energy. Bed blanket is very soft. The location is very good have a lot of restaurants. Also very quiet , the floor is very shiny. Money is very suitable for the hotel
