This is the perfect city hotel! Obviously, this is not an over the water villa, haha, but if you are in Hulhumale and want an exceptional budget stay- this is the place for you! It was impeccably clean with basic amenities, but very well thought out. Water, coffee, tea, soaps, charger, hair dryer…everything you may need and more! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very quiet, and the bathroom was surprisingly large! The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to Central Park and the beach, with many amazing shops and restaurants nearby! If you are looking for wonderful local food, we suggest eating at Dhidhoo Hotaa! It was an incredible meal! The staff went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met- they carried all of our luggage to the third floor, even offering to go out and get us beverages late at night! We had an early morning transfer at the airport- they packed us breakfast to go, and set us up with a taxi. We could not have asked for more!

I'd recommend this hotel as transit before you move to a resort via seaplane if your international flight lands after seaplane operation hours. Surrounding area: Plenty of restaurants of high google ratings and groceries Room: While the room needs some renovation, but you get very clean room with very comfortable bed. The room decorations were very nice for couples. The bathroom is well equipped and modernized The team will do everything they can to make your stay the best possible. Starting from airport pickup (to be separately arranged), transfer to the hotel and your luggage transfer to the room and back. I was in contact with them over their WhatsApp number. Very prompt! Rooms in reality do not reflect the picture quality. They need renovation

Clean and very spacious room. Welcoming staff. Breakfast is fine. Location is also fine since we have a bike. Unfortunately had no time to use bath tube, but was pleasantly surprised to see it there. Will choose for my Next visit to Hulhumale. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed on the local islands

WiFi connection is slow inside our room. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

I have been staying in room 201 for 5 nights. The floor is not high enough to enjoy the sea view (for that you need to book Junior Suite with Sea View) however, it is indeed cozy, the full-length window covered by the trees outside, so you may have a feeling you are on the treetop during the daytime. And it is bright enough, which is essential for me. It might be unusual for you to hear the seaplanes and local routine sounds outside, but I got used to it after 1 night. Mr Yogish was very helpful replying to the requests, he kindly provided me late checkout (upon availability), was hospitable and discreet. We didn't request housekeeping room clearance during the stay, but they kept the water outside for us every morning, and replacements of the coffee and towels been done fast upon request. The breakfast is good, nothing which I'd like to remove, it's not too much, but enough to wake yourself up and be prepared for movements. Try special coffee with milk from the restaurant host Mr Thusith, I liked it a lot. Don't hesitate to order food from Dreams Diner, the salmon steak with mashed potatoes and steamed vegs was good enough if you prefer to stay in a room or want to get a bite before you leave to the airport. There are plenty of good restaurants, cafees, shops nearby and the beach is just in a couple of minutes by walk. Likely will book again.

Might be a bit noisy for those who are easily annoyed by the seaplanes` and street sounds.

They have their own restaurant, where vegan and continental breakfast are served. Area is chill and way more relaxed than Male city. Hotel is located one street away from the beach. Furthemore, in its surroundings are also other restaurants, shops etc suitable for tourists. Bonus: 10 minutes drive to the airport

Room was pretty cramped and there was ongoing loud construction work on the street until the midnight.

all ok. We didn't have breakfast because we had to leave early - but got a small one to go. Good location - would go there again.

We asked for the price (and availability) of a taxi - in the morning it turned out that the hotel had an own car. At the airport - what a surprise - the price was higher than discussed the day before (other person).

It could be much better if there was a hand towel, tissue paper, a dustbin inside the room, and a foot mat inside the washroom.

Really great service and THE FOOD was soo good! Breakfast was alright, but the dinner I ordered was delicious! Maybe some of the best during my 3 weeks stay in Maldives, and I've stayed on local islands, a safari liveaboard, and a resort island! The room felt a bit smaller than advertised (each room option shows a variety of rooms), but it was definitely spacious enough for me to do everything I needed to (a lot of packing sorting of 3 suitcases & boxes for an event). Wifi was great, and the service was wonderful, thank you!!
