Location. Just next to Premier Bikini Beach. Excellent staff. Ever smiling Veenita and Dipa made restaurant lively all along. Room service were at once with smile of Sanjay. Bangalee and Tamil chef duo is responsible for good food of your choice. In the evening locals used to sing karaoke and invites boarder to participate. A good local flavour.

A partition structure being raised unwisely by local rivals between the property and beach, may be out of jealousy, is not a good portray about local Maldivians.

Stayed at Premier Beach for 2 days from 28-30 March 2025. The property is really good, they only have 4 villa type rooms by the lush garden, so it wasn’t crowded at all. The Staff and the owner were all friendly.

The advertised beach access does not exist, or maybe it used to, but not anymore. The property is fenced, so you have to go out and enter Gulhi from the main entrance. This is still okay since it is only a minute or 2 walk. Our room was not cleaned in the 2 days we’ve stayed. Breakfast is not that good.

We spent 4 nights there and everything was fine. We didn't spend much time in the room. For sleeping, relaxing and showering everything was fine. The breakfast was the same, but we liked it. The beach about 10 m away was absolutely amazing. That was the main reason why we chose the accommodation. The beaches were catalog-worthy, great snorkeling.

Our TV worked, and even YouTube wouldn't play on the TV in the evening. But we survived, at least we went to bed early and rested.

It is just literally in the beach. There are 4 rooms and I stayed in N2. I think they are all the same. In my room I had tea/coffee/kettle, shampoo and shower gel. Also there is a wardrobe and a big big bed. There is a cafe near the hotel, which is also part of the stay. As to me the menu is very simple. If I had to stay there a whole stay I would go to eat somewhere else) location is perfect. Also the sunbed and umbrella included.

The deluxe rooms are only a few steps away from the beautiful bikini beach. The rooms were spacious and the food served in the restaurant was very tasty! This is a more luxurious accommodation compared to the accommodations we’ve seen so far on the local islands. Good to know: an ATM is being build on the island, it just wasn’t installed yet when we were there.

Location is perfect, right on the beach. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, so you have everything you need. Rooms and central building are built with respect to the location and character of the island. Room is spacious. Bathroom is new and clean. Umbrella and sunbed are provided free of charge. Staff was really nice and helpful and pickup arrangement from Male Airport was smooth.

Room cleaning and towel changing need a little upgrading.

Awesome place, I totally recommend it! You can find there everything what you need for beach vacay. The hotel is facing the bikini beach, so you enter the beach by few steps and as a hotel guest you can also use sun beds. The people working there were very friendly and hepful with any of our questions. Our room was spacious & clean, with chairs to relax outside, in front of the room. There is also a restaurant in place (welcome frink & 2 options of breakfast were included).

Practically in the beach which was such a bonus. Rooms are very decent and it’s the best location in Gulhi.

There is something very wrong with the management of the hotel. It could be the most attractive place in Ghuli but it’s a bit drab and chaotic. There is no one at the reception and we did not use their kitchen because it simply is not appealing.

The staff and the manager were so friendly. They want to make sure you have the best stay ever. The rooms look even better than in the pictures. The beach is right in front of the hotel. They provide you free sunbeds and towels. We had an amazing stay, and we ll definitely come back.

The fact that the hotel is right on the beach is a big plus. The staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful.

I was not aware of the additional Green Tax I had to pay and was not informed about it upfront.
