It was clean and staff were friendly. Can’t really fault the hotel 10 min drive from the airport or ferry terminal. Definitely need a car to get around as not much to do immediately in and around the hotel. The restaurant is fantastic but not part of the hotel so you do need to book directly with the restaurant but that caused us no issues. Restaurant also doesn’t open on a Sunday and hotel doesn’t have much to provide in terms of alternative food, so have a plan. The restaurant do provide breakfast which has a good variety of hot and cold options. Everything is freshly cooked and tastes nice. The pool is clean and overlooks the sea, there’s also a well kept small but beautiful beach directly across the road from the hotel. The bedrooms are spacious and come with a small fridge. The rooms were clean, they couldn’t facilitate extra pillows but we were there for a very short stay so didn’t mind too much. Overall I would stay again.

The room was tidy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. There is a enough parking and I was well impressed that the parking was secure. Breakfast is good.

I did not like that when you turn on the air conditioner there was water leaking on the floor. Did this every time it was first turned on. There is no English TV channels and this makes it impossible for tourists to do any viewing. Did not like that I made an booking for dinner and was just placed in a remote removed corner outside.

Beautiful view, great breakfast, free parking, very good starting point for visiting the island

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and there wasn’t a single day for the housekeeping to clean the floor from sand we brought from the beach. There was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

We had a room with 4 beds - 2 singles and a double. The room had a sea view. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well, there was a small fridge. The pool was very pretty. The restaurant was on the fancy side. The breakfast was worth it, there were hot items (eggs and sausages) as well as pastries, bread, fruit, etc. The best thing for us was a place to plug in the EV car that we rented. That was free, and the front desk staff was helpful. It seemed like they spoke some English here, but French will help.

The location was kind of strange, it is near the port, there is a bit of construction around there. Not too much to walk to. It was more of an industrial area, no swimming beach near by.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great light in the bathroom. Modern and peaceful patio Lounge/infinity pool/restaurant area. Beach towels available with deposit. Very friendly staff. Great view on the left side, the right side being an industrial zone. Free parking right at the entrance of the hotel

Having to reconnect (add contact info: name, email, phone number) to internet after 30minutes of disconnecting from it. Poor communication between staff. Landscaping work with lawnmowers at 6am which lasted about 30 minutes.

Good restaurant and excellent waiter (Ange). Good airconditioning. Despite presence of harbour and noise from airport take-offs the sounds did not reach the rooms.

Directly located next to the container terminal, in an industrial area. Breakfast choices were limited, but acceptable for the price.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable & clean. Zest Restaurant on property - a bonus for the hotel serving delicious food & good evening vibz. Carrefour Express - 6 min walk away. 15 mins drive to airport. Reason for staying here: Was stranded in FDF for 2 nights due to pilot body strike of the airline. Suited by requirements.

Housekeeping need to pay attention to shower heads and tile grouting in showers when cleaning the showers.

The location and cleanliness. The staff are very accommodating and helpful at all times. The location is superb since its close to the ferry and all main areas of shopping. Its easy to access and has a beach access close to the hotel. The make you feel at home.

There was a lingering odor at in the hallways but not too intrusive.

Basically had everything we needed. Pool and patio area were nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly.

The location wasn’t the best—in a sort of industrial park. It was too bad that the restaurant was closed on Sunday. Later it appeared that somebody was still able to order food but nobody had told us that was possible. There was a bit of mildew in the shower and one of the towels didn’t seem very clean.

Fine breakfast buffet, excellen swimming pool.

The room was ndoern but spartan. Specifically, no chqir (simp;y a stoo;), no desk amd very limited storage (no drawres) Twin beds were very small.. Although the view was superb, the window was very small.
