The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, port, bus stations, it’s the best if you are visiting around. It was very clean inside, all the staff were very nice and they even asked me if I wanted to change the sheets or anything extra. I think they recently added another layer to the old windows so the problem with the noise that I read in the reviews was not an issue anymore, i slept great.

The only thing i would improve is a little more attention to details, i would add 2-3 decorations in the room so it doesn’t feel so sterile, and maybe a hair dryer could also be very useful.

The location is ideal. The tranquil waterfront and restaurants are within walking distance. There are many options for food and drinks, formal and informal. Haagen Daz ice-cream next door is a treat. We walked from the cruise terminal to Fort Savanne and to the ferry port was an even easier walk. The room is spacious and very clean. There was water, tea and a full kitchenette available if one prefers to cook.

The location was perfect for our short stay. In close proximity to everything. The city was lively which is exactly what we wanted. The staff was very welcoming and they spoke English which was very convenient. They also allowed us to check in a bit earlier since we got in before check in time.

I wish there was breakfast available at the hotel but that's ok because we were able to get breakfast right outside the hotel at the food stalls.

Everything was great about the residence - it was clean, safe, and comfortable. The location was perfect - near central Savane park, near water promenade and easy walking to downtown with many shops and restaurants.

There was a lot of loud music in restaurants and park nearby, so bring ear plugs ! And there is no dedicated parking, and finding parking in the street can be a problem.

From the ferry terminal, fort savana is just a 10 minute walk away. There are many shops and restaurants in the near vicinity and the sea is just a stroll away. The room is neat and clean. Fridge and airco work well. Important to note that this accommodation has no restaurant of its own. There are enough options for breakfast and dinner nearby though.

The little pond in the reception area was a tad bit smelly.

Very convenient and nice location. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice, modern, clean room. Well equipped. Very good stay, just what I needed.

My only real criticism would be getting repeatedly disturbed by the housekeepers who wanted to clean my room even though it was before the 12pm checkout limit. At one point a housekeeper even swiped herself into my room whilst I was in there! Not nice to feel rushed when you are paying so much money and it is before the checkout time.

Convenient location in walking distance to the ferry, so we could walk there with our suitcases the next morning. Small hotel, room is simple but good for a short stay. Restaurants, bars, some shops and snack-bars are in the street and right around the corner, it’s next to the sea and a park. With live music on the night we were there. Very friendly reception for quick check-in. No other facilities, like restaurant or bar.

Location can be noisy with the live music from the park.

The studio couldn't be in a better location. It's walking distance from the ferry, very near the navettes to Trois Islets and Anse Mitan and also to the bus that goes to the airport and St-Pierre. The view to Fort St-Louis was excellent. The kitchen is handy to prepare an easy meal in case you are traveling during Easter when all restaurants are closed. The staff, mainly Olivia, was always ready to help with info. They immediately answered all my questions sent through booking.com and thanked us after our departure. Ask for a room with a view on the 3rd floor.

Occasionally there is some street noise, so bring earplugs. That was a small price to pay for having that view. If you definitely want a quiet studio there are a couple that face the corridor.

The Residence Fort Savane was just right for us. Our room was large and the large windows looked out over the park. The room was nicely furnished and decorated, the bed was good, and there was sufficient storage space. The kitchenette was well equipped and everything worked satisfactorily. The WiFi was good, and the air-conditioning was satisfactory. There is an elevator/lift which worked reliably. Daily servicing of our room was very good The Residence is about 10 to 12 minutes on foot from the main inter-island ferry terminal, which suited us well. It is only 5 minutes from the very local ferries to places on the bay (beaches and towns). There are many restaurants in the downtown area, but they vary greatly in comfort, price and quality of food. To our surprise, parking was not really difficult.

Across the street from the Residence in the edge of the park are 2 or 3 outdoor café-restaurants: on weekend nights one or more play music loudly. We coped without great difficulty but light sleepers be warned. The reception is not opened regularly. Guests should be sure to contact the hotel well in advance to make arrangements for checking in. Incidentally the door to the Residence is inconspicuous.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, short work to the port and cruise terminal. There are also lots of restaurants around the area and grocery stores. The place was clean. I booked the wrong date and they still accommodated me for the correct date we were supposed to book for initially free of charge.
