We arrived early for check in and were able to use the facilities until our check in. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, they were quick to rectify any minor problems. Location excellent close to two beaches, restaurants and the supermarket. Guests have the option to buy drinks and snacks on site. Our room was so spacious with 2 balconies, well equipped kitchen area, full size fridge freezer, microwave and 2 plate electric hob plus enough utensils. Room air conditioned with additional ceiling fan and ample storage space, plus a safe. Bathroom was a good size There is a small pool, with a shower room and changing facilities near by. Beach towels are provided. To be honest one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Breakfast is served in your room,additional bonus, different breakfast options at reasonable prices.

We loved this small hotel! The pool and landscaping were beautiful, the room was spacious and quiet, the view from the balcony (through the palm trees) stunning. Since we arrived early one morning and had a late departure, we appreciated very much being able to use the pool, shower, and dressing room. The staff at the desk were very helpful. The breakfast that was delived to the room was great! Easy access to beaches and small seaside restaurants were a plus.

A few more coffee pods (free, or for purchase at the hotel) would have been welcome. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The male host that greeted us and took care of us throughout our stay was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and allowed us to check in several hours earlier than our designated time. We only were staying one night and our ferry wasn't until 7pm, so our 11am checkout time put us in a tough position. The host was very kind and let us leave our bags and let us hang out at the pool for the day as well as take showers before our ferry. He was constantly checking on us and making sure we enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend - wish I remembered his name so he could get the credit that is due! The property was right on the beach with a nice pool - close distance to several good restaurants including the TIKI BAR - you even get a free rum drink at two of the next door restaurants by showing your hotel card!

There were tons of mosquitos everywhere - would recommend some type of mosquito defense/repellent for their guests or around the property.

Location and views. Friendly staff. Short walking distance to small beach area and some restaurants. Choice of pool or beach. Three beaches to choose from within walking distance.

The door lock failed to open and had to be repaired by the maintenance stff. Didn't have to wait too long for it to be fixed. Ceiling fan did not operate initially because someone had turned off the fan on the unit. Maintenace fixed this at the same time.

Very good location and room. Very clean and comfortable for our short stay. The village has a few shops and bars on the beach, buses are frequent and it's a short hop into Fort de France and beyond. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. Reception staff were helpful and we didn't miss having a restaurant. Also good free WiFi and we were allowed to stay late on our last day to use the pool etc.

Exceptional front desk staff, friendly and extremely professional. A vast wealth of local knowledge made our exploration adventures even better. Magali was the best resource for places to see and eat, and Alex was very helpful on arrival and assisting us as needed.

No dislikes. The only minor complaint would be no coffee in the room, although there was a coffee maker. Minor issue, not a deal breaker.

Beautiful view from the room balcony, very clean, nice location. The staff was helpful. You can stay on the property and enjoy the pool after check out and you can take a shower.

Breakfast options were available, but relatively expensive for the price. Coffee for example was one Keurig capsule, milk was an extra charge. Many people left their stuff on the loungers at the pool but were not there for a long time.

Found the location to be good, with easy access to the nearby beach and restaurants. There was ample parking available with good security for the car park and the hotel in general.

We stayed in the suite overlooking the car park on the 1st floor. The fact that this beautiful suite didn't overlook the sea was a negative aspect of the property.

Breakfast was delicious, and the people who prepared it were just artists with the food. Looked like something from a 4-star restaurant. The staff were so kind and helpful, and they kept the place immaculate. The room was gorgeous, looking out on the water. One of the staff was swimming in the pool each morning with a vacuum, cleaning out any small debris that would have accumulated from the flowers surrounding it. The sound of the surf lulled us to sleep each night.

We can't think of any way to improve our stay. We loved it.
