It was old but very well kept. I liked all the wood furnishings, the balcony, and the rooftop terrace space they had. Quite impressed how clean it was. The tv also had great channels. On my last day they tried to clean my room before checkout time so not the best. Then breakfast closed earlier then the set time so you need to be lucky. And the whole city had no running water for the day, they didn’t notify me nor did they provide even 1 bottle of water to guests? The balconys were also connected between all rooms, which can be awkward. Also its quite expensive ingeneral. Otherwise location was convenient and had views of the park and harbour and staff’s helpfulness made up for it

Absolutely loved our room and the balcony that overlooked the town park. Ocean was also visible from the balcony. Really liked having the couch and chairs outside to relax on and appreciate the view. Breakfast was wonderful. It retrospect, probably should have tried the hotel's restaurant for dinner.

Just be aware that on the weekend local bands will be playing music well into the night and the sounds of multiple bands at once will reach your room. We were able to fall asleep, but you might want to use ear plugs. For us, the trade-off was worth it, because it was so nice having a view of the park and the ocean from above.

I love the boutique feel. The place has a lot of character, and the rooms have good quality furniture, comfortable beds and updated modern bathrooms. The staff was helpful, kind and courteous. Our French is not perfect, so I was grateful for their patience with our efforts. In some cases they tried to use English for our benefit. The location could not have been better. We enjoyed the festive feeling of staying close to the boardwalk and adjacent to Parc de la Savanne.

No complaints. It was reasonably priced compared to other options.

There are not many beautiful places in Dominica. This is probably one of the most beautiful hotels in the town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

They convert the ground floor Café into a bar at night. If you are a light sleeper, you will not be happy. It is very loud Caribbean music being played all night. But if that doesn't bother you then this is the place for you.

Charming hotel. I particularly liked the way it is furnished with beautiful quality wood. Rooms are small but comfortable and really clean. The location, downtown by the savane park is ideal. At walking distance to everything : commerces, theatres, shops, even a small beach, and public transportation including the bus to the airport. This hotel has a good restaurant. It is great for adult travelers especially if they come to fort de france/Martinique for business. I would not recommend it to families and definitely not to people traveling with young children as there are no swimming pools or other amenities to keep kids entertained.

The hotel is quirky and unique. Colonial style - we had a huge room with a large balcony. The hotel needs some TLC in places. But I liked it… it was clean and comfortable . It’s a great stop over place for one to two nights. The area is known as down town. If you’re street wise you’ll be fine. Be aware of your surrounding at night if you must go out.

If you’re a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine but unlike me. I was woken up by noises from the street

It is local right on the edge of the city we're you have access to everything.

I was with walking distance to everything, hotel is just next to the main road, bus, taxi is just there, the street is full of restaurants, Shop, everything

I love the view from the balcony 😍 and the young lady who worked the morning shift has very nice ways 👌. The tall guy who comes in after her is not nice, maybe bcuz he doesn't understand Creole.

The door next to my room with water coming down was unpleasant and I couldn't gotten an adopter to charge my phone.

Location was great not far from the port when i was readt for returning. Food was good nice Small toom with balcony and great view This is a muat come back to. Staff was nice food was okay

They forgot to put tooth paste for my bathroom But it didnt spoil my experience

Great location. Across the park 10 min walking you get to quai des tourelles (MSC), or 5 min to the beach& point simon for other cruises and also for vedettes tropicales to anse mitan. Many options for luch/dinner around. Carrefour at less than 5 min. Superior room is very beautiful, with a large accomodating terrace (3rd floor).

Noise, bring ear plugs. There js a guy blowing leaves in the park across the street every night from 4AM. Also there is a cafe at ground floor open late.
