The accommodations are beautiful and safe, the food is very good, but it really the staff that made this a great experience. Every single one was kind and helpful with interesting suggestions for exploring the island. Everyone we spoke with had very good to excellent proficiency in English which made life much easier. Staying here is incredibly relaxing and I would happily come back.

Nothing with the hotel itself, the only negative is the actual town doesn't have a ton of late evening restaurants.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

We didn't like the area as there were no shops for souvenirs. Not many restaurants. The town centre was very far. Also, the mini fridge in your room, I think the first lots should be for free and the next time they replenish the fridge you should pay if you take the items. There was not a bar at the hotel. When you asked for a drink, especially a cocktail, they would make it behind the scenes and bring it to you. It's nice to see the drinks being made, with nothing funny happening to your drink.

This boutique hotel captures the beauty of Martinique You feel your in a private villa with a plunge pool, it is very quiet. The meals are Michelene quality

Most friendly and polite staff. Service is really good and you feel that you are a guest. The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable - will definitely visit in future to unwind and be close to nature ☺️

Very beautiful boutique hotel, extremely attentive and friendly staff. Great location, close to two different beaches. Picturesque road from the airport. We spent little time in Martinique, but I fully enjoyed it thanks to French Coco.

The toilet is located separately from the bathroom. There were no hooks for towels near the shower

The gardens were amazing, I cannot describe how beautiful it is. The food is excellent, thank you chef Massard and deserts were exquisite

restaurant closes on wednesdays, but also the barservice is closed then, and no one at reception in afternoon.. quite expensive boutique hotel
