We loved the location, the pool, how friendly the staff was, the room size and view from our room.

Two toilets in the room would be nice, the restaurant was good the first night ( Creole specialties) but felt more cafeteria style the second time we ate there ( but it's not that bad really)

Location clean well kept Resort. Staff very helpful polite very friendly.

The parking on site was an issue. My cousin came to visit and was not allowed to park on site for even 30 minutes. We had three rooms for two night and should have been able to have a parking spot for a short duration.

The pool and beach were spectacular. Great layout of the facility, felt safe walking around at night.

The buffet was not to the standards we were expecting. We found it overpriced, the food was not warm, undercooked and the selection was poor. The only items we were able to eat were the Frites and the Ice Cream.

The beautiful grounds and location next to the sea. The pool area was large and the water temp just right.Our apartment size room was great. We had 2 bedrooms and an outside kitchen on our balcony.

Because I stay for one day, there were many rules, for example, I had to beg for a towel to use the pool because I stayed for one day

There should be any rules wether it was one day stay or a week stay

This is a great place to stay! We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend it, especially with small children.

The layout of the facility was great. we really enjoyed the pathway systems and going for walks throughout the complex. The swimming pool and beach were top notch.

Not being able to attain a Pool Towel on early check in.

Had a very big room, good sized bed and balcony. There's kitchen facilities on the balcony including a sink, hob, dishwasher and fridge. Plenty of utensils for knocking out a decent small meal. Nothing better than sitting out, enjoying the view with a bacon sandwich and a coffee. The pool was quiet and big enough to accommodate quite a few people although it was never busy. Despite the hotel being full, there was never a feeling that it was, even at breakfast. Full praise for the reception staff (Nancy and Tania), who were very helpful, even managing to extend our stay, despite it being a busy weekend.

My A/C always seemed to be struggling so the room was never really cold except in the small hours of the morning. There is a step down from the narrow shower doorway that some, less able, may find difficult. The water in the room was cold but was soon fixed once I'd reported it.
