The staff is great, all the hotel is great.

Music everywhere, all the time, and loud. Actually the same style of of Ibiza-90's-house music... :). Its ok some time, even most of the time... but not ALL the time. The rooftop music was way too loid all the time.

A lot of the staff and bartenders were very rude and made us feel like we weren’t as important as other guests needs. Our butler wasn’t helpful at all, he never responded to anything we needed, the beach restaurant staff was rude. Check in staff was rude, and the bartenders were very rude.

Besides how beautiful and clean it is, it is pure luxury, classy and they treat you like a queen. The pools are heavenly, the access to the beach, the service was espectacular, from the smallest detail they are 5 stars

Only thing that their restaurants book up really fast so even if you try to find a spot for dinner a couple of days ahead, it’s hard to get in.

The service was incredible. They truly have thought of every little thing. There is no detail not covered. The entire experience was fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay.

It would be awesome if there was a spa at the rooftop pool. It would also be great to keep the kids away from the spa in the main area that is supposed to be adults only.

We were welcomed with champagne greeted by every staff member who is friendly the place with sparkling clean in absolutely gorgeous check in with easy, and I loved having a bracelet for magnetic key to the room

We’ve been coming to Cabo do 15 years and have stayed at many places. GB is at the top of our list with a couple others. We loved our accommodations so much; spacious room with soaking tubs, large kitchen + balcony with hammocks PLUS the bathrooms had washlet bidet toilets. Everything was so fresh + new. They’ve mastered the little touches like turndown service and sunglass cleanings by the pool. The staff was super friendly but not pushy like some (to buy a timeshare). The pools were fun for kids but the adult pool was fun for adults. We can’t wait to come back.

The only complaint I have is that food is very sub-par compared to the restaurants Cabo has to offer. I would never opt into all-inclusive. There’s too much goodness to explore in the area.

The room was spacious had a hammock outside on the balcony. The view from the room was amazing got to see the ocean from there. The food was good and there was variety to choose from.

New property, well kept, thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Friendly staff, great food and drink. Whales visible from the beach! Fantastic beach and service
