Food was very good, however the choice was limited - no Asian theme for example. Restaurants were over priced compared with restaurants around the marina.

Airport taxis were an expensive 1500, hotel wanted more! Uber was only 700

Time Share pitch was mis-represented. Four hours long, high pressure, forced to say no four times to four different people. Had to pay out of pocket to return to our hotel rather than waiting an additional 90 Minutes for next bus. Total unprofessional.

Only a 9 and not a 10; they need to revise/improve their music broadcasting policies throughout the resort. We voiced our complaint to mgmt. They know about our voiced grievance.

Incessant piped "computer" music....distasteful, annoying.

We have stayed hear four other times. What we love about it is the staff and the food. The kitchen is right there exposed and you can see the staff cooking. A lot more friendly then the larger resorts. We stay a week at a large resort and then come here most of the time for a second week in Cabo

It was all good.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and a short walk to the marina. On site restaurants at Solmar Resort were reasonably priced and a variety of shopping and food could be found at the Cabo Marina. Staff was always friendly and helpful. You get quite a lot for an affordable price.

I was confused by the Grand Solmar Resort right next door. I was told by the concierge to book the airport shuttle through the website, but believing I was staying at the Grand Solmar I booked it on the wrong website. The facilities were not what I was expecting because of the confusion. The beach is beautiful and we could see whales only 20 meters from the beach. But the water is not safe for swimming, so this beach is not suitable for children or water fun.

The property was very nice, the location was close proximity to downtown. It felt very safe and clean. The beach view was beautiful, the pool was very nice.

Getting to the property tired from traveling, the last thing one wants is to be sold a time share. I understand that they have to bring it up and pitch the idea about buying a time share. But it almost was uncomfortable, non stop trying to sell you an activity through the hotel or a time share. Every single time they would see us. It was just too much. One is trying to relax on vacation. It was non stop..

The resort is located in a perfect location, there is a nice coffee cart with perfect coffee

The floor of the room and the bathroom could be a little cleaner but I think it's the standard in this country... The food was ok but I had only once breakfast - a little lousy buffet for a 25 USD (19 + extra charge for an espresso + tip). The free WiFi is annoying, not enough even for basic use, and the cellular signal is not so strong there so I had to pay for the extra WiFi. The reception staff gave me the impression of a "fake polite" every time I came, I am not sure why they don't seem happy to work there.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing and appreciated. I think our stay represented the best of what Mexico has to offer from a leisure tourist standpoint. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the daily room service exceeded my expectations. It was one of the first vacations I've taken where I didn't want to leave - please, just a few more days...........

It would be nice to have an airport shuttle service to and from the resort that was included in the reservation. I realize this is difficult with the restrictions placed on airport traffic. It would also be great if they had a welcome orientation where you got a briefing on the city, activities, etc., and could ask questions. There is so much to do and see and the multiple street vendors aren't always the best option.

Lovely resort, excellent location, quiet and clean rooms, beautiful ocean view from balcony, felt secure with the security entering the resort, and along the beach. Very convenient having 2 bathrooms for our family.

The room temperature was controlled, not allowing the air conditioning to be turned up above a certain level, which wasn't enough. I hate being sweaty immediately after a shower while trying to get ready to go out for dinner. The sofa bed is horribly uncomfortable so anyone sleeping in the sofa bed is in for a rough night. Would have loved more hooks/bars to hang beach, bath, and hand towels.

So many great things. We had the meal plan and it was great. Highly recommend. The staff was wonderful. Very clean facility and perfect location close to the marina. It met our needs. The kitchenette was nice to have.

Yes its outdated but didnt bother us. I wish fire pit was open ar night. And the music is just a little too much at the pool. If i heard another Grease song ugh! I would like a bar area without having to go to the restaurant. I agree with others that we had to ask for our check or wait a long time.
