The staff was extremely accommodating. The Michelin star food was excellent. It was extremely peaceful. There were activities planned if you chose to take advantage. I was happy to have a car, as the property was out of town. It was nice to be able to drive into Todos Santos to enjoy the restaurants, beach and shopping.

Overall, the service was unprofessional: slow and inaccurate. Also, this was my second time having an expensive massage treatment at Paradero and both times it was a very disappointing experience. Like most things at this property, the aesthetics were spot-on—beautiful treatment space, cool vibe—but the actual experience was lacking.

This was one of the most beautiful places we ever stayed at. The nature , the architecture and overall vibe of as just amazing . We had an amazing stay. The staff was so kind and hospitable. Always one step of our wishes and taking care of everything. And the experiences are a must!

This is an absolutely special location and experience, from you moment you enter the property to the moment you check out. No detail has been overlooked. The architecture is stunning and the food is EXCEPTIONAL. Skip the tacky resorts in the other cities and come here, it’s worth it.

We had an incident while staying at the property but it was resolved by the upper management staff promptly. They were also incredibly apologetic and gracious in how they resolved the issue.

This resort is located in a super cute part of the Baja Pennisula called Todos Santos. The downtown area is so charming and it feels incredibly safe. Highly recommend renting a car so you can explore outside the resort if your staying for 5 days or longer.

Such a stunning property! So tranquil and relaxing. the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. And the food is unlike anything you’ve ever had. Every single dish is delicious and special, with the freshest ingredients. I could go on forever about the food. the cocktails are also amazing!

The retreat destination was everything it advertises to be as far as a tranquil and regenerative spa get away from all distractions. Amenities were great.

That we couldn't stay longer...we only had a few days in Mexico.

The breakfast was so yummy, so many great options and very delicious for a breakfast that is included.

The bugs at dinner, it was very difficult to eat! Dinner also wasn’t my favorite, maybe I ordered the wrong things but I tried 3 things they were hard to finish to be honest and I really lovedd the hotel so much so I hate saying anything negative

front desk requests 16% tip on entire stay upon check-in; we obliged but the level of service did not meet expectations; no one from front desk is going above and beyond to improve experience, for example not finding you to inform your room is ready, leaving you behind for an included activity when they know you were doing two consecutive activities which they booked you in to and were clearly 100m away finishing the first activity; no service recovery; beds were also not the most comfortable- mattresses, sheets and pillows were just ok
